Little Chopsticks — Restaurant in Mission Viejo

I unfortunately had a terrible experience with the restaurant tonight. I placed a delivery order around 6pm and said delivery was expected for 8:30pm. However 8:30pm came and went, so I tried to contact the restaurant and continuously had no response. Luckily, I placed through a 3rd party delivery service and they were able to assist me with contacting the restaurant where I spoke to someone who informed me it would be here in 30 minutes. I completely understand the delayed wait times during a holiday and said ok whenever it can be delivered. An hour came and went and then I got updated that the food was delivered. After almost 4 hours of waiting, I was devastated to see that nothing had been delivered and I was unable to contact the restaurant yet again. I caution anyone who chooses to order from them to order from a third party delivery app instead of them directly because I was able to get a refund through the third party delivery after explaining the situation. This is my first time here. I didn't even know it existed. I had the three flavor kung pao , substituted chow mein noodles for the rice with a side of tempura shrimp. I loved how the kung pao was caramelized.

The chow mein noodles were not over cooked nor under cooked.

The tempura shrimp seasoned just right and fried to the right crispness.

All in all it was full on foodgazism to the hilt.

The best I can say is bye bye Panda Express and hello Little Chopsticks.

If you're looking for fresh Chinese food this is the place. If you're a foodie give this place a try.... you just might enjoy it. I know I did.

I do not usually leave a review unless the food and my experience was either very good or very bad... I am taking out time in my busy daily schedule to leave this WARNING ! The food and my dining experience was just awful. I was originally trying to eat at a different Chinese Restaurant but it was Monday and closed...

To make this dreadful experience as short as possible, this was the worse Chinese food I have eaten in my life. I ordered Wonton Soup and got salted water .. no exaggeration, I am not kidding, salted water & veggies w a few Wontons. My Entree of Kung Pao was SWIMMING in Hoisin Sauce :(

If you know what good Chinese is all about , PLEASE do yourself a favor .. don't eat...
