I came to this Carl’s Jr. to buy food so first thing I did was go straight to the restroom to wash up and it happens to that there was a Carl’s Jr employee there using the restroom so after I finish washing up I am assuming that he just finished using the restroom that’s he’s going to wash up too but he just came walking out with out washing his hands, I said to him “hey brotha” aren’t you going to wash your hands ? He replied “Why I am on my break” . I said but still you work in the kitchen and you’re a cook at least set the example by working here at Carl’s Jr after using the restroom you should finish up by washing your hands .Then he told me “ do you have a problem with me , do you have a problem with me? ” He started getting aggressive with his voice towards me as he was walking towards me I just decided not to order food there and I left through the front door of Carl’s Jr and as he exited the side door I’m walking to my car he starts telling me again “do you have a problem , do you have a problem? ” I though he was going to get physical with me or something so I just got in my car and drove off This incident happen between 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
If I go to a restaurant and I see the employees using the restroom and after they don’t wash up I defiantly don’t want to eat there and I’ll address it to the managers.
The employee who was being aggressive with me All I remember he was he’s Hispanic he had black hair and he look around like He’s in his 20’s - 30’s , I wasn’t able to get his name but I do remember he had some tattoos on his face by his eye almost hardly noticeable .
I just think if you work at a restaurant and you’re using the restroom around customers see the example by washing your hands.
I did call the Resturaunt after leaving several times but I got no answer at all ,I am going to try to reach their upper management ,Corporate or a regional manager to speak on this issue.
Please don’t eat here employees are terrible and they don’t practice clean sanitation...
Read moreI will never go back to this location again! Go to any other burger joint instead. We arrived to dine in with our 2 kids around 6:45 pm. There wasn't anyone at the register to take our order so we waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us but no one ever did. We stood there for about 15 mins and then Alice finally came to the register and took our order at 7:08 pm per the receipt. 2 combos and 2 kids meals. Nothing special, just some burgers and fries. Total was $43. We grabbed a seat in the dining room and waited for our # to be called. We waiting and waited for our order as 5 other orders were filled ahead of us - 1 to-go order, 1 door dash order, and 3 other orders of people in the dining room all of which had ordered after us. It was now 7:30 pm and we still hadn't received our food yet and the kids we're getting antsy. I walked up to the counter and asked why 5 other people who ordered after us had received their food plus everyone who had gone through the drive thru but we hadn't yet and the workers literally turned their backs and ignored me. At this point I was angry and annoyed and asked for a refund. Alice told me she couldn't refund my order because we had used a credit card and the only way was to call her manager for approval to which I said ok, call him. But even after I told her to call her manager, she still stood there with her back turned to me ignoring me. After insisting on a refund she finally called the manager and we were issued a refund. We left at 7:40 pm without having eaten anything. A whole hour after we had arrived for dinner - so much for fast food! It was anything but fast!...
Read moreI spent $17 on a famous star and a chicken star's meal. I asked for no "Secret Sauce"on my burger, but I did want mustard and ketchup. Well I got a plain burger with only mustard and ketchup. WTH. I tried calling the store, but no one answered and I was sent to a fax machine. Alice was my cashier and really ruined my craving. I'm not going to be visiting this store in the future and it sucks that I'm stuck with a dry burger (no lettuce or tomato). I'm actually going to go to Wendy's and get a burger. At least they will get it correct! Carl's Jr needs to sell to a better corp.!
I'd like to Thank Martha for adjusting my order and being a very good employee. It's sad I had to go back and give a second chance but guess what, it was worth it. The service was better and I'm very pleased with my order. Just look at the difference...
