Shame on dutch bros management this morning, it's 7:40am and I got off to order my drink and I was standing there for a good 8 min with another lady and never got aknowledged then i noticed I didn't see no employees except one girl who was going as fast as she could and I saw how long her line was in the drive thru. I asked her if she was the only one there to which she replied yes, I felt so bad for her so I left so she could have 1 less person to worry about. Management of this establishment should have more then 1 person especially in the mornings knowing that ppl buy more coffee more in the morning before work. That's ridiculous having only 1 employee with no help. Do better for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve been drinking and going to Dutch for YEARS. Iām from Washington State. Now living in the valley. I didnāt know they closed at 10 PM. In Washington itās 11PM. However Iām a post partum mom who needed to get a quick drink since Iāll be up all night with my newborn. I was in line at 9:50 PM. The girl saw me and had attitude immediately. Then proceeded to say āwe are closedā. The energy from these workers here in the valley donāt compare to the ones back at home. They have a lot to work on.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIve been to 4 different Dutch bros locations in the valley. In my humble opinion, this location ranks first. They are always professional and kind to speak to, with occasional encouraging words lol. I always order on the app to avoid waiting in long lines and they ensure efficacy by making my drink and coming out to my car so I can exit quicker. This means a lot to someone who is always on the go. My rankings are based on service & drink quality.
2nd- ware & nolana (almost a tie with first) 3rd- conway & 3 mile (lines are always to Mexico and mid-service) 4th- expressway 83 & la plaza mall (service is trash/drinks...
