The matcha strawberry drink had deep rich matcha flavor that was equally balanced with strawberry. I appreciate the perfect combination of sweetness in this drink. Usually a matcha drink anywhere is too matcha or milk forward. I consider myself a coffee affectionato, however, I believe that matcha is more of a complex drink and can tell how well a coffeehouse can brew. This matcha trumps any prior locations I have tried in the RGV and next time I come I will be trying their coffee. My friend had coffee cold brew with lemonade which I tasted and it was executed perfectly. I remarked that you can taste the separate flavors of coffee and lemonade which surprisingly almost had a flavor of tea. The drinks were not bitter but instead robust with flavor. This is a must try. I cannot wait to see how pineapple coffee shop expresses their branding...

THE BEST coffee and related drinks I have had in a long time. Very personable and accommodating staff, great atmosphere, if you want suggestions for something new they are patient and in no way denigrate you. The drinks are just good, you can taste the drink and flavors instead of overwhelming sugar. They taste like quality drinks and totally different from chain shops I have tried. I didn't know coffee could be this good, seriously. I was shocked at the reasonable prices, much better quality at much lower price. Next time I will take some pics. This is a clean and spacious coffee shop with plenty of places to sit and do your thing. I came here with a large party of 12 for a meeting. They have a small meeting room that was perfect for that!
