We ordered 13 dozen donuts for our crew at work. I called a day ahead and let the staff know I’d be there at 5:30am to pick them up. They order was ready when I got there and the donuts were delicious! Great experience and great people!

Very poor customer service, the gentleman never spoke to me i said good morning. He didn't have time to take my order, as I was speaking he would walk away from the counter. I purchased 2 dz glazes a 1 dz speciality donuts. As I was leaving the next customer entered I could hear him speaking from the door, while standing at the counter looking at him asking "what can I get for you this morning "! Customer service is important your product my money. I'll visit another...

We stopped in to get pastries but the server, I had not seen before, didn't have on gloves and was standing right at the display case scratching her face with both hands while asking for our order.
