Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mississippi

If it was possible to give zero or negative stars I would. This location is absolutely terrible! They need to close shop and work on everything but mainly how they deal with customers. I 100% understand they are short staffed but the way the manager handled things was way wrong. Sunday the 29th I ordered from the app when arrived we decided to order some milkshakes from the kiosk. Our food came out within 10 minutes however we waited an additional 30 minutes for our two milkshakes and they finally bring it out and they only brought us one and it was basically soup and we told him we didn't want that since it was very much melted. We then requested a manager to just get a refund at that point and we're immediately told they only had two car hops. Ok cool dude I still want a refund. I then walk to the front door to get the manager myself for the refund. They issue the refund for only one milkshake and then we leave even though we got no milkshakes at all. When we arrived home I began going through the bag only to find out they didn't include my food. I call the store and ask for a manager (yet again) and say I would like a refund for the food I didn't receive. I am then told to call back and talk to the general manager. When I told her I just wanted the refund she finally says she issues it. Now the food we did get was pitiful. Terrible quality and not even a full order. Avoid this location at all cost. Worse Sonic I have been to. Food is luke warm at best, drinks are usually the only thing correct, order takers have attitudes and act like their deaf or took busy playing around. Management there is a joke. Tried talking to a manager every time this person says her name is Aaliyah. She has the worse attitiude for a manager. How she became one or is still one is beyond me. I have personally witnessed her going off on coworkers several times. She talks to them like their her child and when they try to defend themselves she plays a victim. The other day in the parking lot she got into someone's face and when the other person stood up for herself someone had to get in between her and the cowworker. I hope they fired her for it and not the coworker. Anytime someone says they use to work there 95% of the time they have had a issue with Aaliyah. The DM/GM or whatever his position named Marquis needs to fire her if he hasnt already. They close down early most nights, constantly get mine and my friends order wrong. Only reason I gave 2 stars is for the handful of good workers there. I believe some of their names are briauna( skinny white girl with shirt hair), korina, dee, and the female manager...

When I say this place is HORRIBLE, I mean it!! Me and my boyfriend went yesterday morning around 2 am, because we wanted some ice cream. We got there and saw a woman bring out someone food, so we were like yay they’re still open! We pushed the button to order our food and one of the employees said that they were restarting the registers or something and it would take about 40 minutes , so we were like okay cool we’ll wait. As we proceeded waiting we saw workers outside smoking and talking, so we were like hmm okay let’s try to order now it’s been about 40 minutes. So we buzzed back in and the employee told us “ we’re only frying for the rest of the night” so we were like “coool can we get a hamburger and a oreo shake?” He then said “ our ice cream machine is down” we asked for a slush instead.. as he gave us our total he told us that they were only accepting cash, and at that point I was livid. If you were only accepting cash shouldn’t you have told us that in the beginning??? I promise I’ll never go back...
