Krystal — Restaurant in Mississippi

So, definitely do not go through the drive through and ask for a second. I simply said “one second please” so that I could get my husbands order. By the time I turned my head to ask what he wanted she says loudly over the speaker “I don’t have time to wait for you all night.” Then cuts off her mic. I was just about to order, so I ordered and she did not answer. I sat there and kept asking if she got my order....nothing. My husband asks “ma’am are you there?” I ask again if I can order. Nothing. We sat there for minutes. Finally I drove up to the window, as soon as I moved she immediately took the next order. Again I sat at the window waiting, she pushes open the window and I ask “am I not allowed to order?” And she tells me I have to drive around! My husband tells her no, we sat there waiting, so she goes “fine, what do you want” First of all, what does me asking for a second bother her? Doesn’t she have a shift to work? Does me waiting a minute change her job at all? Her job is to take orders at a drive through window, she can’t even do that right. I’ve never experienced anything as horrible ordering food. Oh, this was also my first trip to Krystal’s as I moved from the west coast. I’ll never try a Krystal’s again. Regardless of the location, it was that ridiculous of an experience. Congratulations on awesome customer service. She worked the drive through on 10/24/18 at 1:15pm she has a bob style haircut and a gold tooth. I didn’t get her name, I was too shocked that I was treated like a nuisance. Btw I drove down the street to BK and also asked for a second and they told me to take all the time I needed, and answered ever so politely when I was ready. Your employees should go take a lesson. But by reading the reviews it seems this location shouldn’t even be in...

AWFUL! WORSE FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVERY!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I place my order. I get to the window to pay and I paid, the girl gives me the wrong change and I look at the receipt and I tell her that isn't my order. She checks and comes back to tell me that the car in front paid my order. I'm like ok. Can I have my food please and the correct change?She says no because the car in front paid the cost of my order... They wanted me to pay for the car in front of me, which was $3 more than my order. They wanted me to pay for the mistake that they made. After 15 minutes have gone by and they are huddled together inside the store, I honked my horn and asked them to just please give me my $10 back and I'll be on my way. They say they can't do that. No refunds. I say well give me my food and my correct change. By then other cars are waiting... There's more, but I won't get into that... I'll never stop in there again. I don't live near there, and whenever I do come through Gluckstadt I will usually stop by there. The last couple of times it's been closed so I was glad to see that it was open this time. I hate that I stopped at all. The worse thing about it is that they treated me like I'd done something wrong(rolling their eyes at me, telling me you just don't understand. Yes I understood very well. Their register was going to be short and they wanted me to pay) when the young lady at the window is the one who made the mistake. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally did get the food, still, the wrong change... (Food which I no longer wanted, no telling what they may have done to it.) Never again! My cats...

First, I had to wait for over 4 minutes before anyone even thought to come forth and wait on me; second, when he did come to the counter he just looked at me and I had to say are you going to ask me 'can I help you??' . Third, I asked him if they still had Senior Breakfasts and he asked me if I wanted the 3 egg deluxe breakfast? I responded that I would like to get the Senior Breakfast with egg over-easy, biscuit, grits, sausage and coffee!! I then waited again for over twelve minutes for my breakfast and when it got to me I opened it and it had scrambled eggs and toast: not an egg cooked super-easy. So I said for him to get my order correct: waited another 4 or 5 minutes then it came out to me with an egg that looked like a pancake!! I then decided to go on and eat it because I had to go to my tee time at Lake Caroline Golf Course and I couldn't afford the extra time delay but I did say that that was not an oversuper-easy cooked egg. Last time going to That KRYSTAL! BY the, another person who had her order incorrect was standing with me in the restaurant and she observed that the got my order incorrect and she said to me that her order was not correct either!! She got her money...
