Wendy's — Restaurant in Mississippi

I went at 9:30 at night and got my order taken per usual. I asked for honey mustard from the line in a little cup and I asked for extra of that sauce. It doesn’t taste the same as what comes in the little packets it’s better. The first run through the drive through was nice everyone was nice a considerate except I didn’t get extra honey mustard so we went through the drive thru again and here’s where we had trouble. We went to the first window and asked for the extra honey mustard and the guy at the window said they’re not allowed to do that and kept going on and on about how they aren’t allowed to do that. He seemed kind of slurry with his words and just kept rambling on about how they couldn’t do that. So I told my boyfriend to please pull to the next window to speak to someone else. We did that and instantly got more honey mustard and a smile. We were greeted with a kind woman with long hair in a ponytail who handed me exactly what I was asking for with a smile. The two times I've been recently haven't been great. Or even good for that matter. A couple days ago I made an online order for me to pick up in the drive-thru, I left my house a few minutes after I placed the order and it took maybe 7 minutes to get there. Everything was fine until the lady handed me the food, she seemed really put out but I brushed it off as maybe a bad night. I get it, we all have those and I'm not holding that against her. But we go tonight and ordered in the drive-thru and everything is fine once again until we got handed our food. A younger girl was handing us our food and after she got done she went to hand us a bag to put the food in. We said "oh we were also supposed to get a bottled water" and she rolled her eyes right in front of us and handed us a bottled water. When we got home, I found out that one of our meals was missing out of the bag. It's one thing to have a bad night but to have a bad attitude when we make sure that we get our order just to get home and our order still not be complete? I ordered three potatoes and two chili's. Get to the window to pay and I'm told we're out of potatoes. We just sold the last one. This was after I asked before placing my order if potatoes were available. I added a combo because the potatoes were missing in action. I get to the food window and they hand me my chilis and I check my bag. There isn't any crackers so I ask for some. The food window tells me they are out of crackers and that the guy at the pay window or the one taking orders should have told me. He didn't. I drive away with food I didn't want because of the Great Potato Famine of Washington Ave and no crackers for chili. I honestly wanted to sling the food back in the window and ask for a refund.
