Noodle Express — Restaurant in Missoula

Never been treated so bad in my life at a restaurant! First I go in to order and they refuse to let me order through them, had to place it online if I wanted to order. Then as I wait 45 mins for my meal to be made the phone rang 3 times as the teenagers stood around gossiping about outside work related stuff and talking about how they are just going to ignore any calls coming in. Then I get my food and they refused to give us the drinks we ordered, told us to take whatever they had in the cooler and we could deal with that. Then I open my order and stuff is sloppily thrown together and my teriyaki beef bowl had no salad in it and no double beef as I had ordered and paid extra for. Not to mention the food was cold and they didn't even tell us our order was ready. We had to ask how long we had to wait still and they just had it in the back sitting in a bag to get cold. This place and it's workers are rude, lazy, inconsiderate, and this place is the worst waste of money and waste of time I've ever experienced. Do not recommend EVER going to the noodles express in the mall, and definitely don't spend over $60 at this location, take a trip to Broadway St and order there instead. At least they treat you like a human there. I know management won't do anything about this either, but hopefully my story will help someone else to not be treated like garbage by...

I LOVE Noodles Express, and I must say I've had an absolutely unacceptable experience. 2 times in a row my business has made an order over $100 for a company lunch and both times there was 0 sauce in the noodle bowls. I can't begin to tell you how undesirable a teriyaki bowl is without teriyaki. The manager of the west Broadway location told me simply that they didn't have any sauce prepared when they made the order. Our phone number was on the ticket, they could have communicated to us, yet they did not. Our business is out at the wye and it's simply not practical for us to turn around and drive back into town just to get sauces for Noodle Express' incompetence. Our receipt says "extra sauce please" on every line, yet none of them had any sauce, cooked into them or on the side. 1 teriyaki sauce made it into the bag somehow amongst 6 meals so they clearly knew that it was supposed to go with the meals yet that was all! The manager said "oh well I have sauce now on the off chance you want to come back to get some" doing almost nothing at all to rectify the situation. I 100% do not recommend doing business with this location. Perhaps the one in South gate mall will work out better for you. But we will never order from them again!...

I ordered takeout through the local toast app. I picked up my order and thought all was well. I checked my bank account the next morning only to see that their employees had added a $20 tip without my permission, authorization, or knowledge. I called and spoke with a training manager and was told I would be called back. I never got a call back and never got my money back. If you condone people adding unauthorized $20 tips to your order then this is the place to order food. I do not think me or my family will ever order food from here again after this experience. This is fraud to add unauthorized charges to someone's order.

To Noodle Express owner: I have my receipt that shows the tip amount and my total. I also have my bank account information that shows the additional $20 added. If you are trying to convince me that there is no paper receipt that has the option to add a tip then you are trying to fool the wrong person. Because I typically sign a paper receipt upon picking up my order and on this occasion funny enough I was not asked to sign anything.
