I would give them a 0 if I could! They admittedly sent me a defective mattress and are refusing to give me a refund and only an exchange to keep my money.

The delivery date was set and they changed my delivery without saying anything. No one had a direct number to anyone that could help me so I had to track down the delivery service contacts to get transferred around and around several times finally to get someone who told me their truck broke down and no one ever contacted me to let me know. It's no problem if a truck broke down, but it is a problem when no one communicates what is going on.

I got a call from someone claiming to be their VP who, based on his rude comment to me didn't listen to anything I had said. They are now accusing me of harassing their company because I posted a bad review about my experience with their company. The delivery experience was terrible, the bed is terrible, and while I have no problem with the view of the VP being different than mine, his tone and how he addressed me was straight up rude. Regardless of offering to replace the mattress this customer service experience as a whole was still terrible. I did however get a message from Sleep City saying how long their a VP has been an employee and that they have never received a complaint about him. I didn't realize that working for a company for 17 years meant that you couldn't be rude.

I have never had such incredible customer service in a long, long time. And, the price was great and the delivery terrific. I came out of there paying less than I thought I would. Salesman Charlie Hatch was nice and did not try to oversell me. No pressure. Also, they were open one hour earlier than every other company in town on a Sunday and that's why I started my shopping there. They even beat a Costco price! Then, I was so happy that they could deliver my mattress the next day on Presidents' Day Holiday! The delivery men, Chris & Caiden, were nice, efficient, and so polite. They also call you 20 minutes ahead of time to announce their upcoming arrival. What's also nice is I didn't have to pay a delivery fee and they took away my old mattress to be donated! Buying the mattress from Gordon who works at Sleep City was an excellent experience. All went well until it came to the delivery from the factory no fault of the store. The issue was with Redman Trucking out of Billings, MT. Let's put it this way never ever use this company for any type of delivery. It took the VP of Sleep City along with the store manager to get our mattress to us which they did today.

The delivery team which consisted of Chris, Caiden and the store manager, did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure to have them our home. The mattress weighed 330lbs. and they had to carry it up a hill plus go up a flight stairs. They didn't miss a beat and worked well together. We would definitely recommend this store plus the employees who we interacted with.
