Terrible experience. Worked for 2 hours on my ceramic, and put in a ton of effort. When done, came back to pick up a week later. Apparently they had broken my ceramic. It did not explode. They said that it had a crack on it which it did not. They also said one of the workers dropped it in the glaze and then went to shake it off. They said she shook it so hard it went flying across the room and shattered. All my time, effort, and money was wasted. They also said "It got all over her clothes we just had to laugh about it." You don't laugh when you break someones art that they worked hard on. They did not call us when they broke it so we were excited to pick it up for a week for nothing. Also did not do anything about it but give us the same ceramic that we already painted and was blank to come and paint again. Eventually we had them give us our money back, but they could have at least offered a free ceramic to paint or...

We had an absolutely awesome time. Friends themed pottery painting and BYOB. The owner is very sweet and knowledgeable woman. She helped when needed and encouraged are own artistic style.
