Subway — Restaurant in Missoula

Very consistent! Consistently disappointing. I’ve had the wrong bread on my sandwich the last SIX times I’ve ordered online. I even tried putting a message saying please use the right bread. Today both sandwiches I ordered had the wrong bread and my wife didn’t even want to eat hers. This place is the worst. Understaffed and the staff that is there is overworked, undertrained, unprofessional and clearly the owner doesn’t care based on all the 1-star reviews I read from the past couple years. I’ve even heard the staff talking about how the owner told them not to make DoorDash orders ahead of time and to wait until the Dasher got there which we all know is not how it’s done. People like subway and that’s why it has business but if it was based on just an experience at this specific store then nobody would ever go back. Do better. From the reviews it sounds like cleanliness is also a major issue which is just a hard no. I always order in the app so I can spend as little time in the building as possible. Never been treated so poorly. Employee told me what bread I wanted I had to tell him no that isn't what I want and then he proceeded to tell me that every other costumer is fine with him choosing their bread. Also had white hair in my food. Wanted to speak with the boss of the employees and was told that he own the place which I know he doesn't as I have been going there longer then he's worked there. Meatballs were cold and the lettuce and spinach were brown. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich straight off the menus and the employee kept yelling at me what chicken . Chicken or chicken? When I asked what he meant he just repeated chicken or chicken?. Listen if you work there you should specify what you are talking about and not be rude. I just wanted to order 2 sandwiches. This is the worst subway I have ever been to, and I travel and eat at Subway often. 2 slices of turkey on my sandwich? the workers looked un clean and greasy hair non combed hair wearing a dirty gray shirt and dirty gray sweat pants, he didn't know how to make a sandwich, maybe his first day?
