THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! Upon entering the establishment and several minutes afterward, the manager and an employee were laughing and joking while 4 customers waited in line to be helped, including myself. The first lady who assisted me wasn't attentive to my order because she was so preoccupied with laughing/joking with the other employees who were singing/laughing/joking together. The next lady who assisted me spoke VERY LITTLE English. After repeating myself several times and pointing to what I wanted on my sandwich, it wasn't until another employee told her, IN SPANISH, what I wanted that she complied. Upon getting my sandwich, it wasn't cut. Why? Because, the employee was too preoccupied with joking with another employee. When I suggested to the manager that he should consider having an employee who spoke better English to assist customers, he called me a racist. Last, but not least, the manager, upon noticing my badge from a local school in the area, proceeded to tell me that I am a racist and a bad role model for my students. Totally unnecessary and extremely unprofessional for the MANAGER of the establishment to be so rude. When calling me a racist, all of his employees chimed in, and I was verbally assaulted by all of them calling me a racist and shouting at me after I asked and was given my money back. Read moreIt pains me to write this experience as I am customer of the neighborhood for many years. I enjoy patronizing this very location as it the one I've know since growing up. Today's experience is less than favorable as police were involved. I order my meal through the subway app. When arrival to pick up, the two workers one male and female of Hispanic race. Women is short slim build with dark hair look like latest 40s early 50s, male robust with glasses and balding dark hair slightly tall. Tells me that my order has already been picked up. I explained to them that I am the one who placed the order and didn't pick up any meal. Both said workers refused to check cameras. I even showcase my phone and the app in which I placed the order to avail they still refused. The male worker than proceeds to accuse my of petty crime and a petty criminal when I mentioned I will call police to settle the matter. Mind you i have patronize this establishment before with no problems. Both workers on this said shift and day are terrible at customer service. I have no idea of what or why should cause confusion and accusations. I even looked at prior reviews the given to this establishment and it is said something similar to happen before. Read morePlaced an order through the app. One of the sandwiches ordered was an Italian with little mayo and a little pickles. I also ordered the sub toasted on Italian herb and cheese bread. The other sandwich ordered was a tuna on regular (white) bread. The Italian had extra mayo and pickles and the sub was not toasted. It looked like it had been dropped on one end and put in the bad. The bread was soggy and in one of the bites, there were 4 pickles stacked on top of each other. The tuna sandwich was so salty it was not edible. With restaurants suffering right now due to the pandemic, you would think customer service and getting an order correct would be at the top of the list of these businesses. I guess that is not the case at this Subway. They have lost my business forever and I will not return to this location. I hope for the owner that they are able to find employees who care enough to do their basic job...
