Frozen Fun Express — Restaurant in Missouri

I was really excited to work with Frozen Fun Express as on first booking, they seemed extremely pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, once I tried to contact them about providing the City of O'Fallon with a food license and COI, their communications broke down completely. On several occasion through email, phone, and text, I communicated the needs of the city/park and was assured on multiple occasions that it would be taken care of. Several times, I was told it WAS taken care of and sent off, but neither the city or I ever received the appropriate documentation. It got to the point that the city told me I was beyond the deadline and so I had to go with another vendor. I called up Cool Times Ice Cream Trucks and I had them booked and they sent over paperwork to the city within the same day. I was fortunate that O'Fallon allowed us a bit of an extension or else the big surprise for our kids' birthday party would have been cancelled. Subsequent calls with Frozen Fun Express always seemed like they were unorganized. I would call several times a week and it always seemed like they had no idea who I was or what I was asking for, even though it was the same...

Edit 10/14: I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. Frozen Fun Express honored their offer. When the truck pulled up, our Girl Scouts were so excited. The selection was great and everyone was happy and smiling. Such a fun memory. Thank you for making this right!

We booked this ice cream truck for our Girl Scout bridging ceremony. They never showed up. Not only did they not show up, we saw the truck pass our venue 3 times. They didn't answer our calls, voicemail box was full. Luckily, we didn't tell the girls about the ice cream truck, as it was a surprise. They were happy with the popsicles we scrounged up from the house, last minute. As leaders, we were really disappointed. I booked Frozen Fun Express on a Saturday, the day before my party. I thought it was too good to be true! It literally rained all day on party day! I thought, I’m pretty sure they are not going to show up. Low and Behold!! At 6pm promptly, I saw the green ice cream machine pulling up!! I thought wow, Corey came through! The truck attendants were super fun and nice! Corey was super professional and kind himself! And the ice cream was fresh and good! Thanks Frozen Fun Express for making my son’s 5th Bday party...
