I recently purchased a bed frame and box spring from the Brentwood location. I worked with Jon on finding the right bed frame for me. I'm a taller guy, and I wanted a bed frame that would help my bed sit taller. His knowledge of everything in the store is out of this world! I would ask for a slight difference, and he would be able to think of three new options. I never felt ANY pressure to buy something that I didn't like, or couldn't afford. It was incredible. I didn't pay to have it delivered, or put together, because of monetary constraints. When I went to put the bed frame together, it turned out that the holes to put it together were drilled incorrectly by the company that made it. I called the next day, asked for someone to come and look at it, and they were nothing but amazing. They even delivered my box spring, which I was going to pick up that day, anyway. I worked with Nate and Antonio and they were a DREAM to work with. Both of them have been doing this for a long time, and they knew immediately what to do. It was SUCH a relief and SUCH a big help for them to come over and help. Also, everyone wore masks, and they were addiment about making sure we were all safe.

Shopping for furniture for the first time in ten years. Wow - there are a lot of options out there. So how do you make a decision on where to buy? Other than cost, (because we all need to save some dollars) is customer service! Being in the service industry myself it's not always a simple task to navigate a customer. However, Maryland Hgts store has hit the JACKPOT WITH JACK! Upon my 2nd return (yep shopping, even out to St Peters store) he was just as nice as the 1st time. He helped me compare prices, along with the quality within my budget. No other store gave me that type of service. No hassle!! Shopping only for a couch I ended up purchasing a rocker/recliner also. On my initial visit to MCC I was looking for a sectional. I talked with John who showed me a couple of sectionals online that met my criteria in terms of style and price. I liked his low key manner. Definitely not high pressure. I then mentioned that I needed a mattress and he showed me a reasonably priced mattress that had the features I wanted. After I had searched other furniture stores locally and online I returned to MCC to buy several items. John was very accommodating in trying to get order delivered before Christmas.
