Our waitress Betty was wonderful, however a woman named Laura in the kitchen was incredibly rude. This woman yelled at a family member of mine for accidentally using the wrong serving tongs between the fish and chicken (which are located side by side and look nearly identical).
When asked to apologize, Laura argued with my family so we asked to speak to someone else. Tyler, the park host then came and spoke with us. He apologized for Laura’s behavior and then discounted our bill. The restaurant itself was disorganized…the serving line is confusing as to what direction you are supposed to go in. The park itself was wonderful but we won’t be back to this restaurant and I absolutely would not recommend...
Read moreWe went for breakfast, and it was almost disgusting. Only almost because I will eat bacon cold or hot and it was crispy. But man, our food was not very good - of everything we tried (you only get 2 meats and 3 sides), I think there was only 1 option that everyone felt was truly good - everything else was mediocre at best. The whole experience was made worse by our waitress - friendly and all, but looked like she was on a day pass from the REALLY old folks home. She looked like she had trouble walking - management should have put her serving the food, or at the cashier station. To me, that shows a poorly...
