I'd like to say a bit more... I didn't get her name but a female at the drive thru she was exceptionally good... she was pretty loud talker very clear .. this is drive thru.. I am hard of hearing and I found this very nice to understand her perfectly. my order was taken early afternoon I forgot which day but week of the 3rd of January .. she has I believe a short above the shoulders med blond or brown hair maybe early 30s age pleasant bubbly personality but not flaky seemed to enjoy her job and pleasant with customers... y'all need to keep her maybe put her in an authoritative role if she isn't already. Food was great... I've only had bad food once couple years ago the fish sandwich but it may of been cuz I wasn't well so consider that... anyway y'all are around the corner from me and my cousin lives here and swears on Arby's... got any gift certificates for a good review? we'd certainly enjoy them! Read moreit is nice to have a new place to eat in moberly, but as we learned this place is designed to be a carry out/ drive through place, they only have a couple tables in this place, definitely not designed to be a place where you would take your family in to eat, seating is designed to where you are almost sitting on top of the people next to you and there are more places for 2 people to sit and eat then a family of 4. Place is crowded with this limited seating and if you want to stay in to eat then we have watched people push each other out of the way just to grab a free table when it comes available. They have good food but not sure we will be back after the disaster we ended up in the middle of while lines of people were fighting over the couple seating areas they have, not about to take my kids back to a place where they will get pushed and run over while trying to...

Lukewarm customer service: employees where not attenative to front counter. had to ask more then once for things at a normal voice level.
inconsistantcy: Some arbys will exclude ingredients by default even though the ingredient is pictured above on menu board.
passive aggressive employees: I asked for cashier to fix sandwhich which was missing an ingredient. upon recievjng fixed sandwhich, and with no suprise, they put on three times the amount of the ingredient leaving a mess of a sandwhich in the wrapper.
😒 wish this industry had a better culture and that the age group was more diverse. then again who the hell is gonna take this job seriously without any sorta perspective and accountability in any...
