Checkers — Restaurant in Mobile

Came to drive through, ordered two of the $4 dollar Glorilla meals and added on an extra fry. The lady told us there wasn't any ice, okay cool. Then I told her what type of drinks I wanted I said an Hi-c for the first order and Diet coke for another order. She said they didn't have Hi-c, or water. so I asked if I could get a sprite.. she agreed. Came to the window to pay she gave us a Hi-c after telling us they didn't have that. I don't know if the lady was a new trainee or what, that's why I didn't really complain. But she told us to pull up, but didn't tell us where to pull up. So we just pulled into the parking lot because she didn't give us a specific place to park. I go to the pick- up window and I see it's another lane and other people were parked getting food. So we drove to the other lane after seeing other people, we pulled up to get our food. The lady opened the window and said " Yall let somebody else get yall food? " like how were we going to let someone get our food, we don't work there, and you are always supposed to make sure of what the customer had before just giving out and this coming from someone who is an manager at a fast food restaurant! I understand you make mistakes, but do not blame your mistakes on your customers. And also after we got our food, she slammed the window in our face! We didn't get a receipt or anything! BLUF: if you are ordering this through Uber eats , be ready to wait longer than advertised, and expect to be missing items or have wrong items .

Had the pleasure of ordering this through Uber eats and It left a lot to desire. First , the order took a lot longer to prepare , so much that three different drivers went through it because they were not gonna wait .. my toddler ended up passing out hungry. Second, once received the order , missed utensils , seasoning ,etc … not something I can just use since I was here at a hotel visiting so thanks for that. Third , I had the wrong burger.

Whatever I got , tasted great. It seems more like staff/ manager problem due to them not being able to fulfill online orders accordingly.

Will not order again from this location. Very disappointing considering the franchise is great in...

It was just plain horrible! I ordered a milkshake with my food the guy gives me a small when I asked for a large, when i get the small and bring it to his attention i asked for a large he tells me he already rang it up keep in mind i haven't paid at this point so i just tell him to add a large onto my ticket! So I taste 1 and it's SOURED! So I tell him he keeps asking me did I want a different flavor, so I'm asking do they have 2 different machines he says no..... so I'm like well they're all going to taste like that but he keeps insisting! At this point I'm just like what ever dude! So get my food and it was atw wrong! I will never return to this location! I was so dissatisfied!
