Worst Experience ever! Women claimed I couldn’t get a refund after she messed up both of my sandwiches. I’m pregnant and my stomach started to feel heavy so I sent my boyfriend in.. mention you I’m on the phone with him giving him instructions the whole time, he clearly stated a “cold cut sandwich six inch with everything but spinach” also he ordered a six inch “rotisserie chicken bacon ranch” but for some reason they left off the bacon??.. my boyfriend came outside and explained to me that they said he had to pay for another sandwich after THE women on the veggies side messed up my sandwich.. meanwhile my unborn baby can’t eat spinach due to the fact it could be carrying leaf bugs so I know for a FACT he told her no spinach, now to top that off I knew she wasn’t listening cause I asked for a cup of sweet onion sauce too with my order and I didn’t even get that 😂😂😂.. now I’ve heard of refunds & replacing a sandwich but now they can’t do that after they mess ups? I had to pay for 2 more sandwiches.. and they was sloppy not to mention the women at the cash register on the other end of the gas station was budging into the conversation being rude and worried about our situation while she has 20 other people waiting in a long line! Will not be back! most terrible experience. it’s unsanitary! gloves was touching everything else including the walls. The older women was more worried about her burning biscuits that she was cooking in the subway oven then everyone else sandwich so ehhh. Won’t be coming back, horrible horrible customer service. NEVER ORDER ONLINE HERE......... Me and Hubby ordered online had a very bad experience 05/14/25 around 11:30am-12-45pm.... I sent my father in law to collect our 3subs that was suppose to be ready at 11:40am and their excuse was they had to make more bread so we was respectful waited and went back to the car to wait more and then my father in law went back in around 12pm cause they said 15mins they was making other subs that wasn't ours and made us wait more. After a whole hour went by which is around 12:35 the workers are just now getting to it and we was way before other customers cause we ordered online. My hubby went in the store to his father and said to his father we been in the car waiting a whole hr in our car and the subs was supposed to be ready by 11:40am and it is 12:40pm. So my hubby walked out never said nothing to the workers but to his farther that he been waiting a hour and the one worker kept saying when my hubby walked out cause my father in law heard while waiting. The worker said I hope he comes back their meaning my ((hubby)) and she was about to go off on him for no reason for going to tell his dad we been in our car waiting a whole hr.

Subway y'all need to watch who y'all hire cause that was very bad busines and we will never order online here again. My hubby never went back in there cause we didn't want to feed into y'all worker drama. It's not worth spending our money for food just to be treated and threatened like this. And not to mention when they made the subs they were so sloppy you couldn't pick them...

they are not open 24/7 like they say they are Everytime I go to order a subway they always out of something or they closed....

I ordered off line and got my subs the other night but tonight when I ordered I came to pick up and They close I called still closed and I called back 30 mins after and still closed I call a hour later they don't answer the phone I called back again and it gave me a busy tone they will not answer the phone at all it's like they completely ignore the call but the workers are friendly and the we'll respected inain your face the food is always good but the problem is they out or they are closed it's a little slow.....and they never...
