This particular church's chicken off springhill and Moffett rd experience was a true NIGHTMARE...I stood outside knocking on the door while looking at the manager and employees walk around...The manager finally open the door and let me in...when I walked in the manager made a comment "I see it's time for me to go home...I don't feel like this today" I was stunned then the cashier was talking to a customer at the drive thru when she was done she started counting money remind you I'm just standing there the manager just walking around..I finally ask were they serious..I thought I was being pranked...the cashier looked at me and told me she will get with me when she finished remind u I was already standing there when she finished talking with the manager not doing anything then decided to ask me can she help me...the manager and the cashier was so nasty and negative towards me I told her I've been standing about 30 mins now...you guys have not acknowledged me and decide to finally ask me do I need help and with an attitude..I told her she could not help me at all...and I wouldn't dare allow her to fix my food...The cashier looked at me because I told them I felt as if this entire experience was a prank...she responded " I TOLD YOU I would help you when I finished...I asked her "maam finish with what that has left me to be treated this way...you still haven't helped me but u have a nasty attitude," she had the ordasity to tell me ok and..I went inside because the drive thru always take forever and this particular day my son and nephew was hungry and they wanted church's...I ended up taking them to POPEYES where the store was much cleaner and the employees were professional...If they didn't want to be at work...I couldn't tell...The only reason I gave this church's 1 star is because it had to be rated...I wouldn't recommend a dog to go there...My recommendations are Do Not Visit...
Read moreChurch's is my favorite chicken place! I have had a few bad experiences but I still try again and again😱😂 Yesterday after working 1/2 of day in my birthday, I decided to go to church's to pick up lunch for my granddaughter, Godson and I. I ordered and handed the associate my debit card, she said ooh shooks, I asked " what's wrong?" She replied I hit the cash button instead of the card9.. I asked if she could refund it and re-ring it? She said no, she asked if I had cash instead.. I replied no, I asked if they had an 🏧 she replied no, but u can go across the street at the convenience store and use theirs.. I'm thinking now really.. I have to waste more gas, more money on 🏧 to buy chicken 🤷🏾.. I remained calm.. ask for my card... Drove across the street, paid $3.20 for 🏧 use.. got the money, drove back to Church's, waited in line again, got to the window, she did realize it was me.. put her hand out for the cash, I handed it, she handed my change back to me, I waited 7 minutes for my food that should've been ready already.. she handed me the bag.and closed the window.. I looked thru the window and nodded as a thank you and drove away slowly thinking.. WOW.. I just went the extra mile to make u happy and make your drawer right and I couldn't even get an apology, or just say I'm sorry I took u thru all that but thank you for doing that for me. Here's your lunch have a wonderful day🤷🏾.. but nothing 🤦🏾 like I hit the cash button on her register. Courtesy is not in service anymore.. having ur customer leaving with a smile is not important anymore.. I did it for u.. why couldn't I get the same respect.. I just prayed on it.. Have a great day...
Read moreThere’s a lady I met in 2010, Chickasaw location named Aungelia that I presume is a floater. As of today, 09/30/2021, she was working this location. My friend and I were passing by, both starved, but nowhere to go due to cleanliness, friendliness and price gauging from local eateries. As we came down Spring Hill Ave, as always, I looked over and saw her car. I said She’s there!! My friend said, You see her car?? I said Yes! He said I didn’t see it. I said because she’s parked in the front today. I don’t think he checked the rear view mirrors or not as he hit a Uturn so quickly in front of the McDonalds as I was looking at the oncoming traffic in disbelief.. Nevertheless, we made it and Ms. Aungelia was working the drive thru. I don’t care which location this lady is at, I can assure you you’d eat the best Church’s Chicken there is to eat while on her watch. She goes above and beyond for her customers and employees. I’m so grateful I spotted her car because she filled our stomachs on this day. Thank You Church’s for an employee like Ms.Aungelia!! She strive to make sure her customers food is prepared well by the training provided to her employees.. Thank You...
