Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Mobile

When we arrived there was 2 cars in drive thru in front of us. Didn't take too long before we were at the speaker to give our order. They said hold on Which is fine. 20 mins later i couldn't get anyone to answer be on the speaker so we called inside to make sure nothing was wrong with the speaker. They were very rude telling us they are short handed and if we didn't wasn't to wait we could come inside. I completely understand short handed but i don't understand the rudeness! We weren't rude at all. Apparently all they were waiting on us the people inside because the 2 cars in front of us had left without getting their orders. Instead of the 3 people they had working the counter inside surely one could've worked the drive thru instead. Then after waiting in drive thru for almost 40 mins (37 to be exact) then our order was wrong! Go figure! I love Church's Chicken but i will find a different one to take my business...

Came through to get my grandma some chicken tonight... the girl on the speaker was being way too quiet to the point where we could barely hear her. After having to get her to repeat herself a few times, some obnoxiously rude girl took over yelling at us through the speaker.

Despite the attitude from the employees, we made our order and pulled around to the front. We asked for fresh chicken and told them we were willing to wait, which we did. Upon getting our food and leaving, we realized they didn't put some items in our order... the chicken we were served was a mix of old and fresh... the old chicken was hard as a brick... the "fresh" chicken wasn't even cooked, they gave us half-cooked chicken that was still bloody and gooey on the inside... which is a good way to give FOOD POISONING to your customers... you people need to get this under control, you're going to get sued serving people boxes of pure...

I went thru the drive through around 7 pm. There were 4-5 cars in front of me. I got to the order station after about 8 mins. After I ordered the wait was a little quicker about 5 mins. When I got to the window I had to wait about another 5 mins. The young man waiting on me was nice but I had asked for honey mustard dip for my wife's strips and creamy jalopeno ranch dip for my fries and chicken. Instead I received 2 creamy jalapeño dips instead of what I asked for. It may be nit-picky of me but I did make it known I wanted 2 different dips. One good thing though was that the food was hot. Church's has started using a new recipe for their crust. While it is ok, I think I prefer the old recipe for the crust. All in all the service was fine and gotten out to me as quickly as possible at the time. I just don't like the new recipe as much as...
