Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Mobile

So, Godfather employees think that "open at 11am" means "we don't adhere to opening hours and we just aren't ready to take your order at all". Haven't had a Godfather's pizza since I was 9 yrs old and it was in South Carolina. Just happen to see this location coming back from Gulf Shores. Pity that NO EMPLOYEE was ready to take our order. Stocking Mr. Pibbs was more important. First customers in building. Waited outside for 20 minutes till it "opened for business" at "11am". Not sure if they offer a salad bar anymore but if they do, nothing was in the salad bar area. Totally empty. I'm 30 yrs in hospitality business. You don't make customers wait while you stock Mr. Pibbs in a stand up cooler behind the counter. Should have had THAT part of YOUR job done before opening. Let's all just start our jobs at our own leisure and make customers wait. Thank God those ppl don't work for me. Never again! I love Godfathers, but the last experience i had was utterly ridiculous! The kitchen put raw pepperoni on my large pizza, and when I addressed it, the young man at the counter said to me in front of about 20 people, "It won't kill you." I was so offended, but before I could say anything, a lady spoke out and said if she is allergic to it, she could, and you would tisk tgis company a lawsuit. It's a shame that you would do something like that and unapologetically. Others saw what happened and befan to leave, even ask for refunds as well. Also because we had to wait so long for the orders. When asked where the manager was, I would like to speak to them, In response, He coveyed, They don't want to talk to you. I was speechless. This review would’ve been a 5 star review as the food was amazing however, I will not give it a 5 because of the TERRIBLE customer service from a girl at the front named “Maiya” she had an attitude the moment I walked in after placing an online order that was right behind her but claimed she couldn’t find it. She made a 2 minute encounter that she had to do nothing for terrible because of her distasteful attitude. Maybe she should downsize her lashes to something more appropriate so that she can SEE instead of being an ugly immature person. Also the place wasn’t busy during this time as I’m very understanding that these jobs can be overwhelming however there were 2 people dining in and no one in line.
