McDonald's — Restaurant in Mobile

Ridiculous. I’ve come here for years and the service has never been this bad. I had to get my grandson to make this for me just so I could leave this review here. Employees standing around on their devices. The only people I seen actually working were whoever was in the kitchen and someone else handing food out the window, which leads me to say my food was good but the service is absolutely horrible. I came yesterday and the big woman made everything seem like it was a problem. She and two other employees were being loud and obnoxious, not wanting to take my order. She was also playing with her employees, which, aren’t they children? You’re obviously an adult, please act like one. That’s not the first time I’ve seen a grown person rough housing/playing with those kids. That’s disgusting. Y’all need to check your managers about how they handle these underage babies. My grandson is around the same age and I would absolutely be disgusted if I found out his managers were treating him like that. ALSO, the times I come in the lobby, the tables, and the bathroom are dirty, and there will be workers sitting at the tables on their phones while one person is running around working the counter and the drive thru. this McDonald's was not all that clean but actually but one thing it didn't have was good friendly customer service the food was fast and it was fresh they didn't pull us up which is rare for McDonald's in rush hour lol specially with the line that was there it was just constantly moving they was fast, they was on time every time I go to this one! Their ice cream machine is always down and their frappe and Latte machine is usually down to butt when it is open I really don't care for them! I would have gave this McDonald's a 4-star rating if it would have been clean!!!!! And I would have gave a 5-star rating it does ice cream machine with ever worth it never works it's always down every time I go there it's always down and I go there at least four times a week that's ridiculous and half the time their frappe & latte machine is down and then they make them they're so messy and so sloppy! It would have been a five-star McDonald's if they would have took their time to make frappes and lock case when the frappe machine is up if they would actually keep the ice cream machine up in the lobby clean it would have been fine which is very rare...

Me and my husband went through the drive thru for dinner on our way home. When we got to the speaker box, the only thing the lady could say to us was “mhmm” after everything that was ordered. When we got to the window, she had the worst attitude like she didn’t want to be there. After paying and got to the second window for food, the next lady handed us the drinks, they were talking about our order with the window still open. The people working were cussing and playing around just giving two cares in the world. After she handed us our food, she didn’t even ask or give us a chance to ask for condiments or salt or nothing, just closed the window. We tried waving to get their attention but they were too busy keeping up their conversation. We had to honk our horn just for them to reopen the window. The service has gone downhill.
