The drivethru cashier had a nasty attitude, it seems as someone made her mad before I came and she took it out on me you can hear the attitude that she projected through her tone of voice she did not want to answer any questions now personal all pertaining to the menu and when she did she answered with the attitude when I drove around to the window she cracked her window and told me to pay at the next Window the manager going to take my money, I had a passenger in the car that wanted something to order, but changed their mind after the attitude the cashier displayed. I drove to the next Window a person was there not in uniform I asked where was the manager the manger took some time to show up when she did she asked what was wrong as if the cashier had not told her anything I did info the manager that I was going to take my complaint further because the cashier attitude was totally unnecessary n uncalled for. I paid for my order before I received the bag from the manager I asked was my fry's no salt she reply right no salt I received the bag reach in touched a fry and asked I thought you said the fry's was no salt sha s replied there are I pulled my hand out the bag with salt all over my fingers and asked well what is this? Her reply was it came off the scoop. Really no salt fry and salt came off the scoop. So she told me to pull up and slammed the window. I then asked for a refund. My time in drivethru totalled 32 minutes. Totally unnecessary, waste of my time, and energy. If a scoop have so much salt that it carries on to a order of no salt fry's then it just simply nasty and not being clean right when it's supposed to be. I tried calling corporate I left a message a detailed message with my name and number included did not...
Read moreI'm sitting here in my car looking at the menu. One Black woman, an employee, and one Black man walked into the closed dining area and were glaring directly at me through the big window. They stood there starting and glaring at me for about 3 minutes. I waved and smiled at them but their countenances became angry-looking. I tried again, several times, but they were being confrontational. The hate in their eyes and their puffed up mouths was evident. They slowly walked back to their work area (I don't know if the man works here because he had on a blue t-shirt). After leaving the big dining room window they kept leaning back and looking at me anyhow, with their bodies out of sight and their heads bent back to look at me, for quite a long time, about 2 more minutes. In all they stared at me with ugly looks on their faces for about 5 minutes. After that I wished that I had taken pics of them. So I looked back toward to drive-up window and that man was still glaring at me. So I got two pics of him. In it he looks surprised that I took a photo so you can't see that hatred as well. I'm waiting for her to do it again. We are two young, attractive white women, mother and daughter. Apparently that's an unpardonable sin here. I am sorry, does my skin color annoy you? The drive thru is open but I'm not buying from this place, not...
Read moreWent to get breakfast, ordered a biscuit, hash browns and a coffee. Pulled up to the window to get my food, lady had no idea what I ordered. Told her what I ordered and then was told to pull up past the window and wait. Waited 10 minutes until another employee came out and asked me again what I ordered. She went back inside came back 5 minutes later and ask for my receipt. Went back inside again. 5 minutes later I went inside. Approached the counter and asked where my food was. They were still making it, two minutes later I had my food in hand. They said the reason is took so long was because they had to cook the food. I count 30 cars that went through the line and got served food. Didn’t receive any apology from the employees. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me. Was very tempted to use colorful language but didn’t. Won’t EVER be going back here. I hope the owner or manager reads this and finds where their employees failed because this was a failure on their part, big time. Obviously these employees have no structure and require additional training. From now on when I want fast breakfast, I’ll go to Chick-fil-A, where I am sure I will receive better customer service than I got...
