McDonald's — Restaurant in Mobile

Very slow. My husband stopped by around 10:50am for lunch and was given cold & old fries. I came through the drive through, where cars were driving off and after I paid and waited for my food, the employees were confused at my order. Seeing the employee ask the car in front of me for their receipt, I figured things were mixed up. I advised that a car left in front of me and maybe that was theirs. I was asked to show my recipt, which I did. The manager/supervisor(not sure which she was) came to the window and told me that they showed that they had already given this order out and that my receipt showed the time as 11:22am and it was now 11:28am. I advised her that I told the cashier at the 1st window that someone drove off and that that's how long I had been waiting. I went back and forth with them about this and then she went to check with the young lady at the 1st window to confirm what I was saying. She then came back and apologized and stated that my order had been cleared off. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD'S IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! My family and I came here for breakfast through the drive thru and when we got to the second window we were given the wrong order then I was told that the iced coffee caramel that I ordered they were out of the caramel for the coffee. Well when I asked for a refund all of a sudden they have caramel and is making my coffee. Leave the restaurant and tasted our order the sprite my brother had order was carbonated water and the coffee tasted like straight caramel. Turned back around for them to fix the order and redo the coffee and give us a another soda. They gave my brother an attitude because he had issues with the drinks and once he received our new drink, the coke was flat and the coffeewas still not done correctly. Needless to say I will go to any McDonald's in the city except for this one. I don't know if the staff was just being lazy that shift or what but the service was horrible and nobody seemed to care that wehad issues with our order. I am a student at the University of South Alabama. Previously before attending college, I worked as a crew member at a McDonalds in my hometown. Anyways, so I walked in there and waited for multiple minutes without anyone working there even looking at me. So whenever the manager walked over to take my order, I say, "Hi, can I get the $2.50 deal with chicken nuggets and fries. Also, I would like a cheeseburger without pickles. Oh, and can you get a sundae cup and put caramel from the ice cream pump as my sauce?" This lady looks me dead in the face and says, "No." I paused for a while because every shift that I had at McDonald's I tried my best to fulfill the needs of every and any customer. She could have at least told me why or made me pay for extra sauce. Not to mention that I have been eating my nuggets like that for seven years now.
