2291 St. Stephens Rd mobile, al 36617 The two bad messy Managers their are Chelsy and Kyra. An investigation need to be done about these two bad examples. 1. Both of them give a lot of free food away to their mothers and many family members. 2. When they click out at nite they always have about Two bags of stolen food thedid not pay for. 3 Two nights ago Kyra closed the Lobby early around 8pm estimated again Chelsy locks the door too early too at nught. For years this was reported to management and to the old GM Ms. Wilhemenia Geter. Nothing was ever about this. A lot is upset of Customers stay upset because the can't go in the store. A lot of Customers stay upset and is heard beating on the glass doors including The Door Dash Customers. 4. Kyra and Chelsy are thieves, have terrible attitudes and is sinful ex. They gossip, keep up mess and confusion with the employees and Customers. It's a matter of time before hell breaks loose because of their nasty attitude. 5. They are nasty and angry when we asks for a coffee refill. 6. They walk in mumbling and fussing about us ( 15) sitting at the table eating at the Table 7.They will reap what they sow. Karma is catching up with them soon and they wil pay for their crimes. They need to be investigated because this has been setting a bad example for Mc Donald's...
Read moreI recently visited this McDonald's location and was left extremely disappointed by the management's handling of customer service. Despite standing in line for an extended period, customers, including myself, were left waiting without any communication or service.
The most frustrating aspect of this visit was the apparent refusal of the management to take customers' orders. People were lined up, expecting to be served, yet the staff and management seemed indifferent to our presence. There were no announcements or explanations for the delay, leaving us completely in the dark.
This lack of communication and disregard for customers is unacceptable. It felt like we were waiting in line for no reason, with no end in sight. The management's failure to address the situation or provide any updates was deeply disappointing and showed a lack of respect for their customers' time and patience.
I hope McDonald's takes immediate action to improve their management practices and ensure that customers are treated with the consideration they deserve. Until then, I will be hesitant to return to...
Read moreThe food did not smell like food... It did not smell or look like it was freshly made. Our food was not hot. Even though we ate at the restaurant. The customer service was horrible. The lady got my order wrong three times and she snatched the receipt out of my hand. The parking was packed. But, no one was ordering anything. (No one was in the drive thru either). I was the only customer who ordered anything. (Which you would think the cashier would be more kind to me. Because I'm actually buying something. The employees paychecks come from people buying stuff from McDonald's, not from how many people hang out inside of the building.) People were loitering outside of the buidling and people were hanging out inside of the building. They were not eating or buying anything , just hanging out with friends or just using the free wifi. My family really wanted McDonald's and we were very hungry. Plus, I was 38 minutes away from home. Those are the only reasons I did not leave. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS...
