Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Mobile

Not a good experience due to the driver. We are visiting here and attending a 10 day church event. We ordered two pizzas, wings and a two liter drink. The delivery drivers calls us to meet her in the lobby. I let her know my daughter would come down and what she was wearing. Once my daughter got to the front desk she call me to ask where was the driver. At the same time the driver calls back and says no one is at the desk waiting. When I asked the driver where was she at , first she said that she was waiting at the desk and didn't see anyone there with what I told her my daughter was wearing. I asked if she was sure she was at the desk because my daughter was on the other line waiting at the desk. That's when she told me no , she was outside because she had to go get her phone. First untruth. My daughter calls back and ask if we ordered a drink because the driver didn't give her one. I quickly call called the driver back so she didn't get to far and have to turn around. Once I got in touch with her to inform her that she had forgot to give us our drink , she states that she was looking at our ticket and we didn't order a drink. Once again I asked if she was sure? She replies that she was. Second untruth. I guess she forgot how a copy of the order is on each box, and how it clearly reads a 2 liter mountain dew. That's not the funny part. When my wife called the store back guess who answers the phone . That's right the same person who took our order, who happens to be the manager. The manager said confirmed that we did order the drink and sent the driver back. Now you know this untrustworthy driver's attitude was beyond bad, having to come back after...

I call papa John’s pizza local in my area I order the Parmesan pizza and 2 liter Pepsi. When the delivery driver arrived he had only my pizza not my 2 liter Pepsi. The driver told me he was going back get my drink. So I waited about 20 to 25 minutes he haven’t came back and the pizza is getting cold. So I call the papa John pizza the manager on duty answer and I told him about my drink he said the driver on his way do I waited 30 minutes more. When he arrived with my drink and my pizza was cold and hard due to waiting on a 2 liter. I ask the manager for corporate or district manager number. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a pizza 1hr before they closed, order went through, card got charged. Tracker said pizza had been delivered, it had not been delivered and the store closed so I could not contact them. I had to contact corporate to get a refund which will take 3-5 business days and I was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience or the fact that it was now too late to order food from somewhere else as everything closes early on Sunday nights.

I really love being hungry working overnights. Will not ever be using this store again. Customer communication and service is...
