Ordered a coffee crema and immediately noticed the crema part wasn’t at the top. Asked the worker if I was able to get the crema on top because I normally like to sip my coffee crema like a Starbucks cold foam drink w/o a straw. One worker stated, “Well you’ll just mix the drink anyways.” And we stated that we like to sip on coffee with the crema on top and not mixed with a straw, still didn’t offer to fix it. A girl came out from the back and stated, “if I added more crema on top, it will change the taste of the drink.” Another worker also stated the new batch of crema that they made, the crema will sink down to the bottom and won’t stay at the top. They just gave me multiple excuses and didn’t offer to fix the drink or offer to replace the drink with a different one. What a great little boba place! I came here with my friend who I was visiting. As soon as we walked in both of the employees greeted us and were so happy to see us, which is rare these days. It smelled amazing and everything was so clean and cute. I have dairy sensitivities and had a lot of questions and they were so patient with me. I love that they use non dairy creamer! The boba itself is the best I’ve had, absolutely perfect and so delicious. Super affordable too. Very well done! I’m giving a 1star because I cannot give a “zero” star. I came in today and ordered a taro milk tea, which is not my first time trying this beverage here. The tea was not to my liking. It was bitter and grey. I asked for a different drink and was told that they don’t do remakes. They were not friendly or welcoming and did not want to make it right. They offered to add sweetener to a drink that I did not like. They took a long time to add the sweetener and stared at me, making sure I knew that they were displeased because I was displeased.
