Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mocksville

I want to start by saying I have ordered from this location many times as Mocksville is a relatively small town and there aren't many option for delivery. The food in general is good and I cannot complain about not being full. I tip in the neighborhood of 30-50% every single time I order. That being said my order is correct maybe 10% of the time, whether it's receiving an undercooked pizza (not even fully cooked in a regular sense) after ordering it well done or not receiving the sauces I've ordered (I order through the app so there is absolutely no excuse) even though it's plain to see for anyone who read the ticket. Just today this very thing happened, the delivery driver was great it wasn't his fault he was quick and as good as could be, but my sauces were not only forgotten but when I received them later when he came back with them (which by that time every person in my house had already eaten because they were hungry to begin with) the most important sauce wasn't even there (garlic butter dipping sauce) but in it's place was a bunch of ranch. So,in retrospect, late, order incorrect, corrected order incorrect, 40% tip average every time. How could I possibly not leave a negative review after order after order month after month and not only has this never been addressed by management but seems to be the regular operating practice of this particular establishment.

Once again, the food is good in general, but the service and quality of experience coupled with the complete lack of care of customer satisfaction is the reason I will be leaving 2/5 review and will be calling corporate tomorrow to voice my concerns about the Dominos in Mocksville. Once or twice is fine but when receiving my order correctly prepared is a matter of pure luck on as consistent a basis as it is I don't really have...

The management at the dominos in mocksville is absolute garbage. I ordered 2 pastas and a cheesy bread along with garlic sauce as well for delivery. I received everything except for the garlic sauce and I was very disappointed that my order was not here in full. I left a review to them on their website about my problem. I said “it is pretty stupid how I did not receive my order in full.” Not even 30 minutes later I get a call from the manager Brian. Starts to yell at me for absolutely no reason saying I am calling people stupid and how they will not deliver to my address anymore and threatening to come to my house. Threatening a customer is always wrong no matter the situation. If you are thinking of ordering delivery or going to this dominos location in mocksville I highly advise against it. They do not care about customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Is this really a way to treat your customers who are the ones even keeping your business open? Went to redeem a free medium 2 topping pizza because they messed my previous order up the week before. We'll took close to 30 min for a medium 2 toppin pizza. Sure that's fine, but as I watch the employees, 3 were working their tails off while 2 kids seemed to be playing and nit working, I watch my pizza come out the oven, and the 2 kids job who was to take the pizza out and box it and bring it to me goof off for a good 2-3 min till they realize it's ready, then what happens?
