I would not recommend to purchase or do any business with this dealership. I purchased the car on 05/20/22 and on 06/4/22 the car shut off with my family out of town. I called and spoke with Paul who stated he would speak with Ryan and contact me by end of business day. After waiting 2 days with no response and no car I had to call again this time I spoke with Ryan who was/ has a very nasty and rude attitude. I explained to him calmly and nicely that I already purchased a new battery (because I was stuck out of town) and wanted to see what he could do abt the alternator. He tried to talk over me and say autozone doesn’t have quality parts and and I should buy a battery for $250. Again After waiting 2 days with no response and no car He said he could only give me $125 after I had already spend over $600 and only had the car for 16 days. He proceeded to say that I would have to sign a goodwill form/clause because he doesn’t have to help me even though this shows how he treats his customers. The previous reviews from FB, and online only confirms this mans character when there is a issue with his cars. After I explained to him I would accept the $125 only if he signed paper confirming the original value of the alternator, if it’s new/used, and any warranty for within 30 days of getting the alternator and he again got very upset and nasty. This is not how you treat your customers. I declined the $125 because of his character and behavior. Also because he knows there are issues with the cars he has you sign a form to cover his self. If you want to save the headache from spending more money and being disrespected I would take your business...
Read moreWorth the read for anything thinking of buying a car from this dealer.......... I traded in my previous car and bought a newer and much more expensive one from Ray. In the transaction, Ray agreed to fix the wheel speed sensor (I knew was bad from the TC and ABS lights being on) and to buy me new front brake pads and pay for the install as well. All agreed upon in the transaction and in writing to have done in 15 days or less, which I did. He kept his word at first, as all car salesman do. The issue was a month after purchase my local technician takes a look at my brakes due to a loud squeaking from the front pads (did not trust taking it back to Ray as I suspected the pads he gave me were cheap) He discovered the front brake pads that ray had his mechanic install were cheap and inferior products. One of the pads actually came dissembled and served as a huge safety risk that Ray simply did not care about. I paid $100 for new front pads and $100 for the labor of the new pads that solved the squeak. I asked for him to cover the parts only and He offered me $40 dollars, stating “that is what he would get them for.” I rejected and became upset, only then he stated he would give me 100 dollars IF I signed a “good will intent” form and I told him absolutely not so I could make sure he could not treat any more customers in this way. Terrible way to treat people and worse way to do business. He will act friendly to get your money than laugh in your face when you place broken brake pads...
Read moreIf i could do it I would give this dealership 0 stars. We went to the dealer to buy a vehicle we had found online. Once we showed up we were greeted by a nice older guy (not the owner) and he showed us the car and it was fine very minimal scratches and very clean inside. That was the better part of our experience. Next we went in to talk with the owner about buying the car he will act laid back and confident and act like hes telling the truth rest assured this is all an act. We bring the car home maybe 2 days after visiting the dealer(note: at this point there was nothing wrong) the owner told us in confidence that the car we were buying was in excellent condition he told us again and again about how he had drove it quite a log and it was fine in every aspect. About maybe 2 weeks after buying the car we were driving it and it stopped. Just stopped. We called AAA and got the car out of the way and went to speak with the owner who at this point was denied there was nothing wrong with the car which there was what kind of car stops 2 weeks after you buy it considering he was going on and on about how good of a car it was. He was no help in getting the car fixed and he didn't even attempt to help out a confused customer and even his employees agreed the there was something very wrong about the car he lied and refused to help. Honest to god has got to be the worst dealership. If you go here beware this guy is a...
