Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Modesto

Worst Jack in the Box out of all Jack in the Boxes. Super ghetto, very trashy and dirty. You have to wait normally 5-10 minutes to order even if no one is ahead of you in line. The staff will pretend that they don't see you but will talk about you in Spanish (they think I don't know Spanish) even if you try to talk to them 80% of employees will just stand there looking through you like your a ghost or something. Food can be ok at times, but it's often cold or your order is wrong. If you bring it to there attention it will take 5-10 minutes for them to acknowledge you that have something to say (ensuring all your food is cold) then they will argue with you about them getting the order wrong. And the manager likes to say alot of things with very rude undertones (like she thinks it's slick to compliment you with a backhanded compliment where she also says something very rude to you).

Only reason I go back is because as a disabled person who can't drive, sometimes my home runs out of food and this is the only eating establishment within walking distance.

I was also threatened and told I'm being watched by management. They also claimed my review is illegal to post and knew alot of personal information they wouldn't have known unless they were creeping on my social media profiles...

Should I order on the app And my food is usually always ready when it’s supposed to be and the staff is very friendly. Tonight I ordered online and when I got there, my food still wasn’t ready, but it did eventually come out, and the worker was apologetic. The food always taste good there’s no problem with that. The staff is very friendly and professional. I believe tonight was an exception so it’s not gonna keep me from coming back. The one real problem that is not their fault is the amount of homeless people is out of control! I walked in tonight, and there was a homeless person with their pants all the way down around their ankles, and about six other homeless people scattered throughout the dining area. Don’t ever use the bathrooms at this location God only knows what happens in there and always take...

The workers at this jack in box are so rude and don’t care about getting your order right. The lady at the drive thru had so much attitude while i was ordering and she charged me extra for one of my items. She also made it very uncomfortable. She never gave me a receipt and as i was waiting for it, she stood there starring at me waiting for me to leave. She said that’s it and continued to stand there and stare, rushing me. I was so uncomfortable that i just left. I was going to let it go. Until i got home and they messed up an entire order. The experience was over all terrible and the night shift workers are the worst. Not only did they charge me extra, but my order was a mess. Probably not going to come here...
