I arrived on an evening that was laden with heavy rain. So the delivery services (door dash, uber eats, etc.) were the main flow of customers. You can tell a lot by how busy a place is with delivery services. This particular location always has a steady stream of customers. This is due to a couple simple factors, that this place understands. Make the food presentable visually and make it taste great. They have done this, consistantly, throughout their many years of operation. The second factor, that propels their successful flow of regular customers, is in keeping their menu prices down. Compared with the big chains, they consistantly remain affordable, while giving you the most food for your buck in comparison. Add the factors of consistency, quality, affordability, and attentative workers, you get a business that keeps a large percent of loyal customers. This is becoming a rarity in todays fast food market, where employee turn over is matched by customer turn over because when your the Big Name in business, you quit caring what the customer wants. They just focus on luring new customers in and then there's no need to go through the extra steps to make actual happy customers. This is the foid we are giving you, hand over your wallet, because if you don't your kids going to throw a fit cause your not going where the clown is. You know, the one that is only there to make profits while poisining you and your kids with burgers that contain so many additives that they will take hundreds of years to decompose if left sitting on the shelf. But little johnny gkt to see the clown or the king, giant golf ball head, or the little red freckled girl. So stop in and try it. it is a great...
Read moreEdit: The response to this review is hilarious. Door dash has not deactivated me. This was my second door dash ever-- no way I could "complain about all restaurants." How unprofessional -- this is how you respond to customers? Your response proves the truth.
Stopped by Sno-White to pick up food for Door Dash customer. I politely waited 10 minutes for the food when the app alerted that I was behind schedule. The food was supposed to be ready when I got there. This didn't bother me, it was fine.. but I was greeted with a bad attitude and excuses when I asked the employee when the order would be ready.
The chubby cashier with glasses has an attitude problem. She gave poor service, lame excuses (I just wanted to know how long so I could deliver that info to the actual customer).. I even let her know the food wasn't mine, it was for someone else. When the order was ready, she slammed the food on the counter and said "it's all there I double checked it--" it wasn't courteous, it was rude, indicating she wanted me to leave without checking it. I proceeded to double check it as she stared. She repeated that she already checked it, I said I still have to check it. I said nothing else and she said "thanks for your 1 star!" I assume she meant 1 star review, which I had no intention of giving until that point. So here it is. I told her she had an attitude problem and walked out. Your restaurant is...
Read moreFamily and I have been coming here for decades. Stopped frequenting about a year ago when the father turned over operations to his son. Right away noticed the quality was less than use to. Tonight I had the taste for a Pastrami sandwich. This was a Bad choice. Presentation was a 1 or less as the bun had been squashed down from the top forcing the meat into the elbow while the lettuce and pickles squished out the sides. Sandwich was now about 2 inches in height. What I thought was Pastrami, I am not sure what it was. Compressed together meat crumbs was more like it. Overly oiled and greasy. Salted to the point with a hint of vinegar flavor. Salt and grease dominated my pallet to point it was no longer pleasurable. Eating a teaspoon of salt could have been worse. Choked down half of the meal, waking up at 3:30 am sick to my stomach. Passion, dedication, quality have disappeared from this location. I can NOT...
