Taco Bell — Restaurant in Modesto

I'll start by saying that Taco Bell has great value on their meal deals for $2.69 which is why I go there frequently. My office is only about 5 minutes from this location, and a hefty wait (8-10min) at 12:00 is normal and to be expected. However today I waited 18 minutes in the drive thru, only to find that my order had been completely ruined. 1st as I drove away I found that they had given me the wrong drink, which for me generally isn't too big a problem as I will drink almost anything, other than diet that is. I received a diet. Sadly this is not the first time this location has messed up my drink, it actually happens on a semi regular basis. I usually taste it before driving away, but given the era I had already waited through I decided to gamble and just go. So then as I got back to the office, I opened my bag to discover one item totally missing, this angered me a little more, but I found that I wasn't charged for it so I was going to let the whole thing slide and not worry about it. I then discovered that they had not included the sauce that I had requested (they ask you if you want sauce twice in the ordering process by the way, no, not just occassionally, everytime with out fail they ask you twice). At this point I am not a happy camper at all. I decide, only in the interest of time not to do anything about it. I bite into my chicken burrito, which I asked them to hold the avocado ranch sauce, and bam it gushes the slightly green cream, like a freakin squeeze bottle. So I decide that is it, I am not going to eat this. I go back and I am forced to wait in their drive thru line (all parking spaces are full, because someone ordered half of the parking lot to be repaved during lunch time, GENIUS I tell ya) another 15 minutes. I explain to them their tremendous failures at every point of my order. They are polite enough but visually flustered, most likely due to their incompetence piling up their work load. They offer to correct my order and try to appease me with an upgraded drink. That's nice but I actually just want a medium, I say nothing because they are trying to fix stuff and I don't want to waste anymore time. they ask do you want sauce, yes I reply. They come back with my corrected order, I check the burrito to make sure it is good, I taste the drink, it's Dr Pepper sure enough. I drive off. I get back to the office, I go to find the sauce... no where to be found. Un-freakin believable. I used to go there everyday and put up with consistent mistakes because of the convenience, but I am afraid today was the last straw. It took 45 minutes to get my order correct. That is my entire lunch hour. Taco Bell has a decent value meal, I just don't recommend getting it at this one. Incompetence...

Taco bell's menu has very much improved in the last 10 years !! Tons of great things to choose from. Also, my door dash order for taco showed me all kinds of secret things you can add like creamy jalapeno sauce and extra any item and red strips and 3 cheese blend !!! Awesome! This taco bell is very good. Great order quality every time I've been there !! People that work there are nice and friendly. Also,. It's not far from my house. Overall, after care review of my experience of this Taco Bell on Coffee Rd. in Modesto, this is a definite 5 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 !!!!! Great Crunch Wraps. !!! Make sure to add extra lettuce and add jalapenos if you like them. Trust me, Crunch Wraps with extra lettuce, jalapenos added, and if you are feeling another $0.60 cents richer, definitely get the 3 cheese blend added too. I also added steak but if you add that it's now a Taylor's special Crunch Wrap. !! Lol ......... Taco Bell .... Highly...

I give this Taco Bell 5+ STARS! This Taco Bell is clean, immaculate spacious not one fly in the whole restaurant seriously! I’ve been to Taco Bell‘s from the West Coast to the East Coast. I’ve have no words I am outspoken. I am completely surprised when I walked into this. Taco Bell the layout completely surprise me. It looked like a Taco Bell . I had worked at, It is beautiful. The workers are friendly the line where they make the food is very clean. The drive-thru is very maintained. It is a very clean spacious location! My food was made fresh it! Their workers are friendly. The food is made fresh right when you order it, Fast and friendly service! Thank you again to everyone that works at this Coffee Road location with all my sincerity and from the bottom of my heart you made my day!! The pizza was tasty nicely made! NBG delicious! Taco, soft tacos...
