I honestly wouldn't even rate this store with a single star. The mokena location on the corner of 187th and wolf road has litterally had me boycotting ALL Dunkin' Donuts for the 4 months. I decided to give them another try... and I am just as disappointed. I mean who hired these people? My coffe is always in three different layers. I can clearly see the Carmel, coffee, and cream lines. 85% of the time my order is incorrect. They have argued with me about there being no such thing as a "Carmel dunkacheno" when I have gotten it at that very location multiple times. Talk about TERRIBLE customer service. And today..... oh my god! I pull up to the window and pay. Before I even see my coffee I ask politely for the person at the window to stir my coffee well. I watched the worker swing the cup around with his hand and hand the coffee to me. Shouldn't you be stirring with a spoon? Incredible. I will not be returning to this location, or any Dunkin for that matter. I am done...

UPDATE 1/2018: I moved them up to 3 stars. I think they are under new management and for the last several months have been great! Here’s hoping they fixed their management and staffing issues!
This is by far the worst DD in the area. Need a complete overhaul in management and staff. They have literally never gotten my order right. Staff barely has a pulse so it must be just as awful to work there as it is to go there. And why is there always people begging for money or pushing products outside? Like a damn exhibition hall. We usually drive an extra 5 miles to go to the one on LaGrange and 179th. I hate this place. And like an idiot I just went there in the "interest of time" and like always they screwed everything up.    Read moreAsked General manager for small caramel cappuccino he gave me it with no espresso. Then I asked a worker there if I could have it remade it did not taste good at all! He grabs the cappuccino out of his workers hand and said, “ I just made this coffee what’s wrong with it.” He explained that I said it doesn’t taste right so he got very combative when I said I wanted it made the right way. With that being said I told him I used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts and I know that there is a certain way it should mixed this is called, “mixology” which I learned and tested and got a certificate for. He proceeds to tell me he’s worked at Dunkin’ Donuts for 25 years and doesn’t want hear what I have to say. Also went on to say my opinion doesn’t matter. Worst Customer service I’ve experienced.
