I would give this place a 0 if I could! The management is the biggest problem! So inconsiderate and disrespectful of their patrons feelings. The place was not even packed today and we were one of the first ones there. We kindly asked for a seat where our children could watch and enjoy the band. I was ignorantly told no and if I don’t like it I could leave the premises. I could understand if they were busy but they were not at all. Even when we left there were multiple seats open that had a better view than us. The prices were outrageously prices for deli corn beef sandwiches. We witnessed multiple people look over the menu and leave. They also said that the dancers were going to come around and dance and they didn't want people crowding around and that is why they did the seating the way they did. That also did not happen my poor son tried too look around the corner to watch while kids were lined up in his view. The only time we saw the dancers is when they came around to collect donations. We live in the neighborhood right behind fox’s and go there to eat regularly and every st. Patricks day but today will be our last day there. The waitress Tina was the only reason we stayed there today but that will be our last time at Fox’s what a shame. Patron's beware they do not care about their customer's and the management is beyond rude.

Ordered chicken Asparagus bruchetta...the pasta consisted of very small pieces (like 1 inch pcs broken in the bottom of the box) of overcooked gummy pasta (see pic). The Asparagus was 100% stringy stems, not one head piece on the plate. The tomatoes were only tomato skins ( I never seen anything like it) I swapped the chicken for overcooked rubbery shrimp. I had to put so much salt, pepper and butter on it just to get some flavor. Our table was sticky (don't know why) My hubby ordered the prime rib melt which was dry shaved pieces ....dissapointed. We used to go to Foxes in Oak Lawn, and it was always consistently amazing!! We retired to Wilmington 5 yrs ago which is 50 mi away, so I had to make this easy dish at home. When we found out there was a Foxes on Wolf only 30mi away we were so excited! We were asked if everything was ok and I said yes...the waitress was so nice I didn't want to hurt her feelings. I realize I should have said something at the time rather then write this review but I was a coward... sorry

We had a party of 12, grandparents, adults and grandkids, and we arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday. We were accommodated right away by a very nice hostess and began ordering right away even as some of our party hadn’t arrived yet. We had family coming from Cedar Lake, Indiana, Channahon, Tinley Park and Darien. We were seated in an area that was surrounded by empty booths as it was still early in the evening, it was well before the dinner rush. We ordered 3 family sized pizzas, a sandwich, a couple of salads and beverages including wine, mixed drinks, pop and kiddie cocktails. One of our party was a young mom with a 6 month old who excused herself to an adjoining booth, one of about a dozen empty booths, to nurse the baby. We were promptly scolded and told the area was still “open seating” and we weren’t allowed to spread out. Ok. Our young mom returned to the table without a word. As the booths around us started to fill in with other diners the waitresses serving those tables were very obviously not happy with us, even though we were all just eating and talking amongst ourselves. They sneered, eye rolled, kicked chairs out of their way, knocked purses off the backs of chairs. It was quite over the top. After some of our party left and we were continually badgered to settle the bill, we asked if we could move to a smaller table and have a few after dinner drinks. We thought we were being good guests and freeing up some space and allowing the staff to clear up and move the tables etc. We got a lot of attitude about asking for a smaller table and almost just left at that point. All told we spent around $500 and were treated like we were intruders. We were given the bum’s rush almost from the start. The sad part is the location was great for all of our family members, but we won’t be going back. Maybe you have to be a “regular” to get good service there. We definitely didn’t feel welcomed. We have always had great experiences at the other Fox’s locations but this one was awful. These people should not be in the “hospitality industry.” Stay away, especially if you have a larger party. I really wish we’d never given them a dime of our money. The atmosphere here is toxic. The blonde manager and bartender were...

Absolutely horrible…. Being a lifelong customer of Foxs then moving out of town we were excited to grab another pizza while in town visiting family. We called our order in for 2 pizzas picked them up and drove to visit family. After opening them up one of the pizzas was incorrectly made. Not what we ordered. Now I’m in the customer service business as well and treating customer a with the us most respect is number one, we always try a way to say yes without upsetting the customer. So when I called and complained that my order was made incorrectly I was hung up on while waiting on hold. I called back and the women told me to wait for a manager. The manager Juan answered the phone and asked what the problem was. I explained that the order was made incorrectly and he said come back and we will make a new one but he wanted to old one back. That would of been ok if I did not already leave, but I was already at my destination and said I’m not driving back. He said they don’t do credits anymore and he will have a driver bring a new pizza but wanted the old one back, I said ok that’s fine. So the driver arrived with the new pizza and we gave the old one back minus a few pieces. (Kids). Even the driver could not understand why he would want it back. Made no sense to him. Anyway, about 30 minutes after the driver left Juan the manager called me back to harass me, basically telling my I’m a liar. Juan said I had to lift up the cheese to find the double sausage. Never in my entire career have I called a customer back calling them a liar after I agreed to rectify the issue.

I’m sorry Foxs but you need a new Manager and you lost a lifelong customer due to his incompetence in dealing with...
