Starbucks — Restaurant in Molalla

Yesterday morning 6/28/25 around 10 am i went through the drive thru. I ordered my 1st drink. Half way through ordering my second drink. I was rudely and disrespectedly interrupted and asked why didn't I just mobile order. This unprofessionalism and lazy order taker immediately pisssed me off. No one else was in the drive thru ahead of us. I was so pissed I canceled the order and drove to Woodburn instead. As I drove away she was hanging out the window and said really. Yep really. I go here everyday and order the same thing. She has horrible customer service and makes starbucks look horrible. Hopefully management looks at their cameras and does something about this. I really want to like this location because it is close to home and it is a nice atmosphere to sit and watch the traffic. However the service here is atrocious and soulless. Nobody ever greets me when I walk in, and when I come to the counter 3 women all standing there ignore me. Finally the manager looks up and gives me a single head nod. Where is the hospitality?! The girl that took my order was kind but if you order inside you have to watch the counter because they will not call you or acknowledge you. I usually don't go to Starbucks, but i thought today i would try because i needed a pick me up after the day i had been having. I asked the Barista to just get me her fave drink to try and she went above and beyond to make sure my drink and snack were top-tier, and got them out to me asap. She even put some really cool art on my cup and we had a great convo about art and our tattoos! It made me feel so great after honestly having a decently bad day beforehand.
