AMAZING. I have been to boba shops in Anchorage, Alaska; Los Angeles, California; and most recently Chicago, and, not to discount any of those because they were really lovely too, but this place RULES. The staff are super super nice and patient, the drinks and ice cream come out super fast (though I would understand if they didn't, so much work goes into it!!) and they're the cheapest prices I've seen for boba so far. The shop's aesthetic is super cute, but I'd come back even if it was sold out of a dark alley because wow everything was so good. I wanted to come back as soon as I'd left. I recommend popping boba, especially to anyone who doesn't like the tapioca variety, and the fruit teas, in my limited experience, are more fruity than tea-like (which I consider a massive plus as I'm not a big tea drinker, though I did notice a sweetness scale in case you'd prefer something less juice-like) and the ice cream defies explanation. I look forward to exploring more of the expansive menu!!

It was my family's first time trying them and it was so good. It's small on the inside but very clean, colorful and pretty. Not a lot of seating but there is a bar type setting with stools and a table along the wall and they also have 1 or 2 tables. I had strawberry black tea with peach popping boba and my husband had rolled ice cream with brownie pieces. It's also cool to watch them make the rolled ice cream. My kids had smoothies and slushies and teas with tapioca Boba. We will definitely be back very soon!!

I'm done with Icy Bubbles! They've been super rude and weird lately. They will not greet you when you come in and expect you to greet them first when you walk up to the pickup counter and they won't bother asking you what you're waiting for even if you weren't in there and it's clear that you're waiting on an order! When it's busy they horrible under pressure and you can feel and see the irritatation and frustration from the staff. It's like they're mad that they have business and regulars that come in...

We came in on April 6 2024 around 6:20-6:30 and we walked up to the front counter to check in but no one greets or aknowleges us. I stood there for awhile and then just sit down. They proceeded to make everyone's order that was already there including people that began to come in. One guy just came in and sat down and they called out his order. We waited and waited and still no one aknowleges us or spoke to us.

I said "excuse me" to the guy upfront making an order and he doesn't even look at me for a few seconds. Then he asks who the order is for, I tell him. The lady in the back is just staring at me like she doesn't know what's going on and they had 2 of our drinks already done except one. They finish the drink and the girl hands it to me when th her head down and says "Have a nice day" like she's ashamed... We finally get our order that we literally ordered ahead. We're only an 8 minute drive away.

I'm not a fan of employees not greeting their customers or aknowleging them. I feel disrespected by the staff especially given that we are regular customers... Horrible...

I ordered one small Cookie monster with chocolate base and my husband got one big cookie butter with Vanilla base. But I got big cookie monster with vanilla base and he got small cookie butter with chocolate base. Everything was so wrong. I don't know how to mess up order like that. I hated to tell the guy who made ice cream that he made wrong one also I didn't wanna wast food either. So I just kept mine and showed him the receipt what we got. And told him to remake only his. But he still gave him the wrong size cookie butter. Also while he's making ice cream, he was on the phone and looked like unprofessional. I was so...
