Worst experience ever!!! We arrived at the restaurant around 7:45pm. Placed our order by 8pm there were 3 of us. Our salads and soups come out the waiters was a very nice lady. Told us “ the chef will be out in a moment” that was around 8:15 not a problem. 8:30 2 more people get sat with us okay what ever that’s fine I understand it’s the type of dinner we’re at then 8:45 2 more people 9 pm the chef finally arrived and starts cooking. All of our meals were delicious but the experience we had was horrible one order was the Combo yakisoba (shrimp and steak) it was received with 6 small pieces of steak and 3 shrimp! I asked for the manager and walked to the desk to attempt to keep from having a scene, When attempting to talk with her about this not being what had previously been received with this order she called me liar told me I was pushy and I was wrong. When I asked to speak with someone else she claimed she was the owner. She was VERY rude, and had an attitude. I excused myself and went back to the table. About 2 min after I got back to my seat she came to the table being loud obnoxious with another chef asking if he was the chef we previously had and again calling me a liar because “she did not previously call me a liar”, and that the meal ordered was only a $13 meal and that’s why it was so small. I asked her to please stop I had taken this to the other room to avoid a scene. She continued.. this is not how you treat your customers. I’m sorry it was very uncalled for. Not to mention when the bill came out for our meals the Combo yakisoba was $20 because she put it as the Combo yakisoba hibachi.... totally uncalled for service! I’ve never had this experience here and this made it so I will...
Read moreWe celebrated New Year's Eve at Osaka Steakhouse, and it was the perfect choice for a memorable evening. The restaurant offers a fantastic experience for both couples and families, with chefs preparing an exceptional dinner right at the hibachi grill. We kicked off the night with a signature Bahama Mama cocktail, which was refreshing and delightfully flavored with a hint of coconut.
For dinner, we ordered the hibachi dinner for two, which included filet mignon, calamari, shrimp, scallops, and chicken, served with sautéed vegetables and fried rice—all for just $58, a great value for two people. The portions were generous, and we had enough leftover to take home, which is always a bonus.
Our chef was not only skilled but also entertaining, cooking our meal to melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The service was top-notch: attentive, efficient, and friendly. Despite the New Year’s Eve crowd, the atmosphere was lively but not overly packed, making for a comfortable dining experience.
We were initially hesitant to dine out, worried we might struggle to find a great meal, but we're so glad we chose Osaka. It set the perfect tone for our night. The energy in the restaurant was upbeat, with lots of families enjoying themselves—it's definitely a great spot for kids too.
Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, holiday, or just looking for a delicious meal, I highly recommend Osaka Steakhouse. Great food, entertainment, and service make it a standout choice. Well...
Read moreNormally I would give 4 or 5 stars but yesterday was a wash.
To be blunt? I didn't get what I ordered.
I had an awful day and we decided to go here to try and redeem it. My husband's meal was fine. I ALWAYS order the seafood diablo extra spicy.
What I first got was some sort of teriyaki seafood combo mishmash.
When I looked at the chief really confused and pointed out this wasn't what I ordered, I know it's not because it should have noodles and spice.
He went back and got the noodles and some crushed red pepper paste, warmed them up together and added it to my plate.
The end result was teriyaki seafood with crushed red pepper noodles. If you've had raw red pepper paste vs cooked red pepper paste you'll be able to imagine how the noodles tasted. Ghe paste was mostly raw.
It was.....not good. I ate a couple pieces of the seafood and a noodle and gave up. The waiter was pleasant, but when I pointed out that this was not right, I ALWAYS get this. ALWAYS. And this is NOT what it's supposed to taste like. I was told that the chief was new & hopefully it would be better next time.
I put it in a box and am hoping that by letting it sit and reheating it it MAY be better? I really hope so, because for an $87 check having $25 of it be not what you actually ordered makes me reassess the next time we'll be back. We were supposed to come back next month for my birthday, but im not sure if I...
