0 Stars!!! I literally do my best to avoid this McDonald's at all costs because they always always always messed up something! And let me tell you that me and my family are loyal customers McDonald's! But I literally just went there at 2 a.m. cause we was hungry middle of the night snack me and my man and we waited 45 minutes there was nobody in front of us there was nobody in back of us nobody came to the drive-thru speaker so I sat there for about 15 minutes and we pulled up to the second window who sat there for about 15 minutes oh then went up to the third window 5 minutes then dude finally came to the window to take our order and wouldn't you know that couldn't use no apps so you know that's a bummer because McDonald's apps help you out and I had me my free McCafe I didn't wanted and then I am ordering a medium McCafe and a large fry and my fiance got a chocolate shake and a chicken nuggets and a medium fry oh I also got a McChicken! And I'm already mad because this is ridiculous as ever before and I'm like you guys better like give us a little something extra off because this is crazy you know I normally they do normally they offer it they wouldn't give us nothing was extra but that's cool okay well we waited another 20 before they gave us our food!! This next part I don't think you will believe they brought us a SMALL CHOCOLATE SHAKE and A SMALL VINILLA BEAN ICECOFFEE And I never even HEARD OF IT BEFORE!!! I CAN A REGULAR FRENCH VANILLA ICED COFFEE DRINKER THERE TWO TIMES A DAY SOMETIMES 3!! OUR FRIES WERE COLD.... And my bday chicknuggs was even colder!!! And the absolute worst thing they forgot my McChicken though one thing that I wanted the most they didn't even give us a receipt because they normally at the first window you know in like we was gone we had it we didn't get home till 5 minutes ago and we left at 2 just for a little snack and I I Am FLOOR ED and BEYOUND UPSET!!! HEATED would be a better word for my feeling and my man is even more heated!! I really want to know what in the world could they have possibly been doing other than their jobs for the worst customer service I have ever even thought about in my entire life and I hope somebody in the McDonald's franchise can make it right somehow because this is the most disrespectful thing I have ever been through my life and there's no more words but all that DISCUSSED!!! Read moreUPDATE: 7/13/23 My son wanted to go to McDs so we decided to eat in. Placed an order on the app and couldn't check in. Manager quickly found the order and they quickly made our food. Best service we have had here in several years. Keep up the great work. Clean and speedy service. Great turn around.
UPDATE: As of 3/8/21 still horrible service. Given a soggy happy meal. The box was soaked in grease. Absolutely disgusting. This place is a night mare and joke. The potholes on both driveways are absolutely horrendous and tear up even the newest of vehicle. I am starting a major complaint with McDonald's corporate. See my attached pics of the happy meal box.
This place has gone downhill. Morning staff are decent. Evening staff is so terrible. Ariel was an angel and very professional. She made sure that even tho I was upset due to the delay and the lack of service that I was properly taken care of. The staff from 5pm to 12am eed to be retrained and monitored for performance. I can understand one rough night but this is the third time in a week and a half. Come on pick it up. This is my favorite McDonalds. Don't push me away . Read moreWe went to the drive thru on Sunday March 9th, lunch time. We went to the outer drive thru. The car in front gets to the speaker and answers yes to a mobile order. The person taking the order misunderstood or messed up every item on this order. It took long enough the 4 or 5 cars passed us in the other lane. The vehicle behind me pulled out and left. We get up to order and I tell her 2 leg # 1's with diets. She rang up 1 leg #1 and another big mac and another diet. She then started talking to the vehicle at the window because she forgot to get the mobile code. Came back to me fixed the mistake and asked me if I needed anything else, the didn't hear me order a #2, because she was talking to the next car at the windows. (We could hear her ask about their orders thru the speaker.) She then came back and asked if I needed anything else. I told her #2 meal, and tried to add more, but she started talking to someone else. At that point we didn't feel that the order we would get would be right so we pulled away.
