Mixed review of the same establishment. The morning staff is amazing. Drive thru runs smoothly and quickly. The lady at the 2nd window makes my coffee perfectly every time, is very efficient, and super friendly even at times with a high volume/need to be quick. Quality isn't sacrificed at all when she is doing 5 or more things at once. Her ability to multitask is outstanding and she keeps it together so well under pressure; She continues to greet you, smile, and give a nice farewell upon completion of your order. I've brought my children in for breakfast a few times and the staff at the counter was great and attentive, as well. The place is clean and well kept, I've always seen at least one employee during those times making the rounds and wiping down tables, sweeping, cleaning the drink area, etc. Morning staff definitely deserve 5 stars. Part 2: Evening staff leave much to be desired. You would think you walked in to a totally different location. Drive thru or counter service has had their fair share of mishaps and issues. My most recent evening visit was to surprise my kids with TY happy meals. When I walked in, the girl on register was busy conversing with her friends and giving them free milkshakes and fries, while making it known. She was ringing her friends up and said, "only $1.06. I'm not charging you guys for the milkshakes and fries. I'm giving those to you for free!" While taking my order, I had to keep waiting between items I told her because she was busy chatting with her friends. She was nice and kept apologizing for her behavior but still continued the same behavior. The two staff members at the 2nd drive thru window were rudely talking about a guest in drive thru. They were complaining about him getting upset with them. He was justified in being upset and they were very much in the wrong for talking so loudly about him, or saying anything at all while I, another customer, could hear every word. They couldn't remember his order and had to ask him again to confirm after payment was already given. They were goofing off and messing around, not overwhelmed or too busy, and that is why they couldn't get this man's order together or ready without multiple confirmations on what he had ordered. Back to my order... I made it clear that I had only stopped in to surprise my girls with happy meals with TYs (current toy), that I was mainly there for the TYs and would rather buy the meal vs paying $2 for just the toy. I had even called earlier confirming the cost of just the toy and confirming they had TYs. Once my order was complete and paid for, I asked the girl who was putting it together for 2 different TYs, if possible. It was then that I was informed that they didn't have any left and their truck was to be arriving the next day. They were giving old toys in place of the TYs. I was pretty upset given the entire reason for me being there purchasing happy meals was more for the TY than anything. I had just finished grocery shopping across the street at Shoprite and could've just made food at home for them. I asked if I could return the next day with the sealed/new toys my kids were receiving tonight in exchange for a TY that would be coming in tomorrow. She left to double check the delivery and then informed me that it was a new/different toy that would be arriving. She was easy, nice, and pleasant to deal with. When all was said and done I just decided to go home with the happy meals and not cause a fuss for a refund. I do not like seeing food go to waste and couldn't deal with the idea of food being trashed over a toy. My girls were disappointed with no TY when I got home, but were happy with getting the more rare in our home, McDonald's for dinner. It doesn't end there though. The fries were severely undercooked, my 6 year old got 3 instead of 4 nuggets. My 9 year olds cheeseburger was so rubbery she couldn't eat it. I ended up trashing and cooking anyway! I bought a mcchicken, mctriple, and large fries that mostly ended up...
Read moreI usually enjoy taking my 5 year old granddaughter to McDonald's as a treat. Today I was so frustrated with a long wait, confusion about where to pull ahead and a rude male worker I decided it was my last visit. I'll be heading across the street to BK.
I asked the worker who was heading out the door with a bag if it was for my ticket. I showed him my ticket and he handed me the bag. I said I wasn't sure if I was suppose to go wait in #3 Bay for on line orders or at the unmarked window in the vestibule. His reply was a head shake when I said, "It would make things clear if the window was marked # 3." His response was, " I'll get right on that."
I wasn't even sure it was a window.. And neither were 2 other customers. One inside the other walking in from next to my parking choice. He was obviously annoyed at the quality of his food.
My granddaughter loves Mc Donald's so it will be one further up the, BHP or trying the King, across the street.
I wonder if corporate realizes an employee can make it break a business. This man was so obnoxious my 5 year old grand child asked me why he was being mean. "He's so rude Grammy, his mom should stand him in the corner or take him home without getting a treat." I smiled and told her, "Never mind some people are just rude. There are other McDonalds or places to eat."
At that time the man who had come in to complain about cold fries laughed and said, "That...
Read moreI submitted a doordash and the sandwich was poorly made the Patty was raw inside they didn't include the fries that drink or the sauce and the girl that I spoke with on the phone was very rude and dismissive she actually side and said oh my god when I said that I had doordash give me a refund because I couldn't send the driver back out to get it terrible customer service very rude people how hard is it if you're making close to$18 an hour to do your job correctly these young kids want to focus on being on the phone all day instead of working. They should also bring back people wearing gloves because I see people all the time at different locations touching their face their hair their phone and not washing their hands after or even putting on gloves. As a manager you should have more professionalism when dealing with customers especially upset customers. Doordash does not always refund people so if I would have wasted that $15 and not gotten my money back it would have been an issue because I have to go to work and cannot afford to drive back over there myself. McDonald's do better. And to the white trash manager that answered the phone and acted like her life was the ending when I tried to speak nicely at first about my order shame on you I hope your stuck working there for the rest...
