Burger King — Restaurant in Monroe Township

This store just seems to get worse over time. There hasn't been a time I've been there where there wasn't some sort of problem.

The store was disgustingly dirty tonight. Fries and squished food on the floor in parts of the store, papers on the floor....sticky table and floor.

The guy that waited on us didn't deserve to work in a consumer environment as he had no pulse, no smile, no personality and mumbled like a 16 year old that didn't want to be there. Did you ever hear someone just not project their voice because they were too lazy to want to talk to you? That's how he seemed to us.

3 people working....I get it, they were understaffed. That's not my problem. Pay people more money, hire better people, and weed out the kids that don't want to work.

We waited close to 15 minutes for our food and were served cold fries. They immediately took care of that, but you're in the food business. Cold fries or anything else cold is unacceptable. Asked me what sauce I wanted, but I told him already, so he wasn't listening, so I told him again. He forgot my sauce as well as the gentleman next to me. We both had to remind him.

My whopper was cold, and what happened to the sesame seed buns? They are gone all of a sudden? The one I got sucked. It was yellow inside and not appealing outside. Did they run out of real buns and go to Shop Rite for Bobo brand? At that point, I just wanted to get out of there.

I paid close to $30 for this stuff, and I made a mention of it. It wasn't worth $20, let alone almost $30 for my fiance and I. We could have and should have gone down to Pandora and got a real meal for this price.

This wasn't the first time I've been unhappy with this store. But it will be my last. It's a disgrace, and I'm being generous at 2 stars. I...

I only put one star because I HAD to if I wanted to review this place. If I could I would put none. I worked there and I'm the only one who cleaned at all and almost everyone there is on drugs and some used to snort heroin in the back and it's disgusting. They spit in food and Ray let's them get away with it. Ray is the over all owner and the only person I like there is Erith she cares about quality but sadly she isn't there much. They left me to sit inside and have counter AND drive through so they could go smoke a blunt outside multiple times and everything is so gross and they don't even use soap when washing dishes they rinse it off. I seriously would not recommend the place at all since I've left because they fell apart and it's even worse than when I was there. Plus they're super disrepectful and do NOT CARE AT SLL ABOUT YOUR SERVICE TRUST ME. I have seen behind the curtains and I'm disgusted. That's why I left. I ordered thru the app, which was fine. Parking was fine but when I pulled up 4 teenagers (like grown men teens) were blocking the entry way with their bikes, BK personnel tried to discourage them away from loitering as I was walking up (with some concern) but they barely moved. I walked thru to door no problem but as I entered 1 of them yelled at me in a threatening way being irrate on me not asking permission to walk thru, like what?? I kept cool and thankfully my order was running late (which I'd normally be upset...lol) and personnel went out again and I'm not sure what was said but a police cruiser drove in the parking lot and the kids scurried off. Then I wanted my food asap to take advantage of the clearance. It's a shame cause I like this BK but I won't return here again. I'm not scared but I don't need stupid mishaps putting me in jeopardy (safety wise and legally defending myself if i had too) just for stopping in my work day to get...
