Smoothie King — Restaurant in Monroe

Smoothie King is my favorite of all smoothie vendors. I am not ever returning to this location because of the following: The employees mock you and have you repeat the same smoothie 5 or 6 times simply because I don't say Keto Champ. If I ask for a 32 oz coffee keto there is only one smoothie I could be thinking of. There is no reason to ask me to repeat it over and over. Ill just do a burnout right next to the speaker squeeling your ear. Yeah that was me. They've mocked me MULTIPLE TIMES like this. Do not make my smoothie, then place it on the counter where I can see it through the window. Then have me wait as more and more smoothies are made and placed next to it as customers line up behind me in the drive through. If you made my smoothie cash me out and get me rolling! This to has happened MULTIPLE TIMES! IM DONE WITH...

There are some very simple problems with this location,

1. The poor employees have NO counter space to work with, and no space to move around. It looks dirty because they have no where to place things when it gets busy.
2. There is only access to make one or two orders at a time when at noon they need to be able to make three or four at once.
3. The drive through doesn't wrap around, so parking and driving through is impossible. People genuinely can't fit. An accident occurring is only a matter of time.

Very unhappy with today service my smoothie was watery and nasty she fixs it twice and still the same..I have been having alot of problems at this location either they putting in the wrong fruits or mixing wrong products in ,I just don't know but I have a file a complaint because I'm tired of it I choose westmonroe location anytime yall need to step it up and do better and I mean practice more on how to make a smoothie the right way with the right product and not on what you want because u didn't pay for it I'm paying and I want...
