They got major issues. The lady didn't think to remake order because another assume dasher was coming thru drive thru got someone order. All she do tell me about my shirt. She need learn that her job make sure all customers are treated with respect. Just because she is manager do not make her above no one. The customer was upset. Her food did not show up. No photo was taken. I think she very wrong asking me anything. Problems in this city are people don't think why we as consumers don't want go your business u rude ugly. U have nasty attitude. Most of sonics have people like her. Get job go to there heads. All I'm trying do make a extra dollar to help my child. She need understand she want always have job. Pulled up to Sonic for a quick snack before the rain let's just start with the lady on the speaker she had to yell so loud because she couldn't hear my order but she repeated it clear and got it correct however this yt heavy set woman cane out with my food and an attitude so big I rather not ever come back. I asked for ranch when ordering my food and it was repeated but as the lady came with my food I said there's no ranch I'm the bag she responded did you check the bag all sarcastic and I said I did then she goes to her pocket to pull out the 1 ranch for my meal lol how do you expect me to eat a 3 PC tender watery gravy and toast with nothing the gravy was so watery it was disgusting the tenders where cooked perfectly just why after paying for the food we must beg for the sauce then the eye rolled she left me with all bc I asked for the ranch she wasn't willing to give I'm sure bc she wanted a tip but her service was horrible from exiting the door. I saw the ad on tv about the red, white, and blue sundae. That sundae reminded me of a blizzard I used to get from an ice cream shop I used to go to a long time ago. And I had to try it. When the waitress bought it to the car, it had some similarities. The difference was the blizzard was already whipped up for you. I tasted it and it was so good. I stirred it up, and there was my old favorite! I know I will be back for another one. The flavors made me give you a 4 star rating. But it should have been 5 stars, only because it was an ice cream treat I had loved. And after Alpine Frosty left Hazel Crest, IL, there was no other ice cream shop that knew what I described as a Blizzard. Not even Dairy Queen. Their Blizzard came out about a year after I tasted Alpine's. Even though their's is good. It never reached my best taste buds like Alpine's.
