Sadly to say was very disappointed in their customer service. After all the lunches ordered throughout the years for staff, my son placed an order for us for a family meal for pickup through door dash. He went to pick up food but door dash accidently picked up food and delivered somewhere else. I called too find out what was taken so long and he said order had been made and door dash picked it up and delivered somewhere else or he can go get it from where it was delivered, zo said absolutely Not. He said manager would not re-make order or refund because was done through door dash. I ask to speak to Manager and told him it was not our fault they place the pick up order next to the door dash to go and he should at least make it right and re make the order while son there waiting. He said no he would have to wait for them to return order or call door dash. I said sir, we talking about $30 order from a long time buying customer who order all the time for staff. He said he will be loosing money, I said ok, last time I will ever order anything from Toni's, his reply was ok I got customers I need to get back too! Not sure if owner will read this, but he as your manager will close...

The food is good and would give these guys a 5 star review other than they have horrible customer service. last week my husband went to get baked potatoes and bbq brisket, he came home with 3 potatoes but was overcharged with 4 potatoes, we didn't realize the overcharge until later in the week when we actually looked at the receipt. I personally went to the restaurant today with receipt in hand and explained what happened, I was asked if I called in the complaint, i said no cause we didn't realize the overcharge until later in the week, but i was there today with receipt in hand and was told basically because i didn't call to put in the complaint the same day we realized the overcharge they couldn't do anything about it, I felt like i was treated like i was trying to get a free meal, which i wasn't, i just wanted my food that we were originally charged for, i thought that handling this in person would have never been an issue, but no, they didn't even apologize. Read moreIt took me 3 tries just to place the order. I was hung up on twice. Arrived.. fortunately my order was ready... the customer in font of me had re order her food. She had called in her order... some how it was lost. Overall the order was correct. I do not recommend the macaroni and cheese... it just was very processed tasting. Cheap.. my father is in a nursing home and has no teeth. I was bringing him lunch for labor day. I explained this to the man taking the order. He did chopp the onions perfectly for me. Here is the one mistake the ruined the entire meal. NO BAR B QUE SAUCE!!! NONE ON THE SANDWICH... NON WITH THE TWO MEAT PLATE. NOT A CONTAINER IN THE BAG.... NOT EVEN A PACK OF KETCHUP. THE ENTIRE MEAL WAS DRY! IF BAR B QUECSAUCE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE I WOULD HAVE GLADLY PAID FOR IT. Nobody ask me if I wanted any. I assumed Tony's BAR B QUE.
