If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I went through drive thru 10-19-2024 @ 8pm. Ordered Belt Buster combo with large coke extra ice, Steak finger basket combo large coke extra ice. Deluxe nachos. When I pull-up to pay and get order, I'm told they don't have enough Steak fingers, I could wait 5 minutes or take 1 chicken strip, I ok with getting the chicken strip. She proceeded to hand me my drinks, I said did you put extra ice in the drink, one girl looked at the other girl and asked her if she put extra ice, the girl told me yes she put extra ice in the drinks. NO SHE DIDN'T, IF YOU CALL 10 PEACES OF ICE IN EACH CUP EXTRA ICE WE HAVE A PROBLEM. I EVEN TOLD THEM I WANTED MORE ICE THAN SODA. NO RESPONSE JUST SLAMMED THE WINDOW CLOSE.
I get home with food, my Steak finger basket was NASTY only a few fries, Steak fingers and one chicken strip were freezer burnt, gravy was cold. JUST NASTY
Deluxe Nachos was missing the Deluxe hardly any toppings on the Nachos. I spent over 30.00 dollars on this meal if that's what you want to call it, should be against the law to serve food like this and the service SUCKED! I think whoever owns this location needs to do a serious house cleaning of employees and get some proper training for the staff it's very clean it's very much needed. I just don't know why staff think they have the right to treat customers like dirt, if customers weren't coming in to this business, you wouldn't be working here and collecting a paycheck that you obviously think you deserve, I would subtract the pay of each customer that was given poor service, wrong order/incorrect order, and nasty for the amount that customer paid eventually they would learn maybe Just sad everyone thinks they are ENTITLED TO EVERYTHING and shouldn't have to work for it. Read moreI went to the drive thru and I had ordered a 40$ meal. My whole order was wrong but I did not know this until I got home. I did immediately notice my blizzard was not handed to me, so I waited for the person who had handed me my food to come back. When she did come back, she said to me "what do you want?" Which I'm sure she and everyone else who's worked customer service would know that is not the correct way to address a customer. I proceeded to tell her that I had ordered a blizzard and before I could show her my receipt she shook her head no. She told me that I didn't order one. She then tried to wave me off. I then tell her that it shows on receipt that I indeed ordered one. She snatches my bag of food from me which had the receipt on the bag she looks over the receipt. Now comes the fun part where I had to repeat myself multiple times on what kind of blizzard I wanted. Anyway overall the worst customer service. They were very open with their flirting and the guy Nolan was a real smart aleck when I asked for a cup holder . Then the girl Kelsey turned around after the window closed and I read her lips telling him while she laughed “ your a f*** smart!” I had to drive around to wait on my food to come out because I asked for fresh fries ( other times I have gotten fries from here they were cold). Nolan came out I asked if there was ketchup in the bag and he said yes one. I asked him for two more when once again he was a smart aleck. If you can’t hire people that are professional and control their words then there needs to be another person doing the hiring.
