Now if you say “ you’ll address this with your team” I know nothing will happen,,, I don’t mind waiting 15-25 minutes for fresh food so the wait time is no big deal,,,, the deal is Your never open on time or close way before you should. Now when you actually get through the line and or if anyone answers unfortunately after waiting 15-25 mins you find out the card reader is broken after the employee has already Ed handed you your food then tells you because their card reader broke and they’ve already handed me my food that they are going to withhold my drinks unless I have cash or until I’m able to get cash,,, Keep in mind I have a 2 & 4 year old in the car,,, chicken strips and French fries are kind of a dry meal for a kid because they forgot the ranch,,, Any parent will tell you the choking hazard is real,,, also again the employees wouldn’t give us our drinks even though we already had the food and agreed to come back and pay cash for the food,,, We did end up going to an ATM and getting cash re-waited through the drive through cause no one would come to the door and finally after waiting 40 mins in line and being treated like we had done something wrong because your equipment failed,,, we paid for our meals and received the drinks,,, All of the food was great as well as the drinks no issues there,,, Never expected free anything at any time,,, just don’t treat your customers like a thief or they are the ones that messed up,,, just disappointing I know times are tough but people don’t...
Read moreMy family pulled into Columbia Falls A&W drive-thru tonight. As we began thinking how weird it was that we were asked three times by the person who took the order what it was that we ordered while waiting 7-8 mins for two shakes and a small RB float, we finally received the two strawberry shakes with dripping strawberry syrup down the sides of the plastic glasses. I showed this to the lady at the window and she took napkins and wiped them off. Then came the root beer float! As she handed me the glass and I handed to my wife, she said how she had wiped it down with a wet rag (including the lid)! As we pulled forward with a wet glass in hand my wife began saying how she was getting grossed out how it was likely that they used a dirty wet rag🤢 I took the float back inside for an exchange and asked for a new glass with a quick explanation. The other gal at the counter said, “we used a sanitary rag, that we change out every hour.” I couldn’t believe that was what they said, and that she didn’t understand using a dirty rag on someone’s cup is not sanitary!! I asked, “was it the first time that that sanitary rag was used?” to drive my point a bit further. Then she said she was confused! Read moreThis place is really bad! First off, the young lady taking orders was rude. She made a snarky comment when I was ordering. Then, she came out later to put the chairs up on the tables. She wiped the tables and then put the dirty chairs on the clean tables. When I asked about the chairs being clean, she asked me if I wanted an application. Really? How about just accept feedback and learn something.
She then went back to tell her supervisor, loudly. They both came out to sweep and insisted on sweeping under our table while we were sitting there. Never had that happen before.
This, is all on top of the fact that it took 19 minutes for our food and probably would have taken longer if I hadn't asked about it. It was sitting there waiting to be delivered. Guessing it had been there for a little while because none of it was particularly hot.
Also, they close the lobby a half hour before closing. They make it very known they want you gone. The manager loudly announced that the lobby closed in 10 minutes and told the staff to lock the doors when that 10 minutes was up.
There were no towels in either of the restrooms.
My nephew had specifically chosen this restaurant. He talked all day about going and this was our experience.
