Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Montana

So I go through the drive through The driver threw Sunday evening. And they are sending someone out to tell everyone in the drive through. They are out of Vanilla ice cream. I order a whole box of dilly bars along with a seven dollar meal where you're supposed to get a free sunday along with it. Since they're Vanilla Ice cream was out anyways. I asked for a coupon which I was given in the past for the same reason. At the window I was told to park on the side. And wait for my chicken to be cooked fresh and when I was given my meal. I was not given the coupon. Upon returning to redeem my free sunday the manager Ashlyn Said she would be with me soon when i appeared at the front. I asked to speak with another Employee while waiting for her and instead of coming to Ask me if I needed help or anything, or even coming to me to help me with what I was there for, she denied a Request For free food. I was not there to get free food. I was there to redeem the ticket that I was not given in the first place. And to take care of that problem. She simply just told the co-worker to tell me, We don't give out free food. She did not even Come to me to ask me what happened in the first place. Or any details of anything...

I know now for sure that i'm definitely gonna be buying my dilly bars and whatever I wanna buy in the missoula location...

We always have great service and consistently good ice cream from this location! My wife and I give it 5 Stars.

My question to the owner is, "Why are you not open to the public on the interior?" Fear cannot be a motivating factor in making decisions about our economy and the lives of your employees. This China/Wuhan Virus, has not been a driving factor in the great state of Montana, toward any reason for closure. Now that the state's Governor has so "graciously" allowed the restaurant sector to reopen to 75% capacity as of June 1st, "How will the Lolo DQ respond to this reopening percentage?"

I don't remember not being able to go inside and get the ice cream and service we so wonderfully enjoyed in 2019.

Let's give people hope and not bow down to fear. We can be smart about viruses, just as in any season where we encounter the cold or flu, but let us be Americans always... the land of the free and the home of the brave! (Especially on this Memorial...

Today I spent about $40 on food for myself and 2 others. I had my boyfriend go pick up the online order when the food was ready. He said the cashier gave him half the food and when he said there should be more she was very polite about apologizing and finding the rest of the food. As he waited a different lady came to the window and swung the bag of food (which wasn’t even all of what was missing) out the window to him aggressively and then slammed the window and walked away. He realized he’d have to ask AGAIN for the rest of the order as there were 2 items still missing. Shame on you to the young blonde on kitchen staff(who wasn’t wearing a name tag) for having the attitude of a 4 year old because when you came back with the rest of our food you were pacing around and yelling by the window!
