McDonald's — Restaurant in Montana

Ordered a #3, dbl quarter pounder w/fries. It seems as though every time I stop at any local Mcdonalds, maybe once every 3-4 months, the price goes up. I don't necessarily have an issue with that. However, if I'm being charged $11.65 for a burger, fries and drink at least give me some value for the overly inflated cost. The burger was somewhat dry, but all-in-all not terrible. The fries on the other hand-nothing but a rip off. The amount is less and less each time I stop in but with this order the container was just barely over half full. That is no exaggeration. I have no doubt that it would be the same amount if I went back and ordered this again. Which, by the way, i won't be doing any more considering I can get healthier, better tasting food at most of the other restaurants in the area without feeling as though I've been cheated out of my hard earned $. As it is, when you order a large fry you get the large container but it is NEVER full. It's been this way for years and years. Order a smaller size and a large and compare the amounts to see how badly you are being ripped off. That's a fact I've just accepted up until now. I realize with the world we live in there are very few things we can actually consider to be a good value but Mcdonalds (at least the local ones) has abandoned everything that even slightly resembles a good value. Sent my girlfriend with a gift card to get a 5 dollar meal that included a drink, and my girlfriend ordered two small chocolate shakes and returned with no soft drinks and added a dollar & 99 cents to each of the 5 dollar orders making it 14 dollars I asked where the drinks were, she replied, no drinks, because of the chocolate shakes, ...is that the way it's done ? That's why I will not waste my money there , French fries& four nuggets were so dry , and double hamburger basically uneatable and I go back to a different one in am got sausage biscuit for a ridiculous 2.75 and u get a another one for a dollar and order 2 large coffees, and pay at first window 9 dollars, and get to the second window when some older women in a hurry. Gives me a bag with two sandwiches and nothing else and hurriedly pours two coffees , about three quarters the way because she ran out and handed them to me and said have a nice day. I said May I have some cream sugar and napkins and her face changed immediately and returned and granted a huge handful of sugar and two creamers and said sorry out of creamers,... When this gift card runs out i won't be back. And they won't miss...

Our favorite location is the Evergreen store. The Hutton ranch location is getting better, but still has a long way to go. The Evergreen location rarely messes up our orders, but when they do, they are very apologetic, and quickly fix any issues.

JT, Robert, and one of the morning/afternoon mangers (I can't remember her name for the life of me, but she loves to see our doxie puppy) all deserve a personal shout out for they professionalism, friendliness, and expertise at their respective jobs. Thank you for always going above and beyond every single time for all of your customers. Even on our worst days, the 3 of your never fail to bring a smile to our faces. As for the rest of the staff, thank you for feeding the town with consistently darn good food and for putting up with a lot of horribly rude customers with grace and professionalism.
