Visited today and ordered my sandwiches and first the guy who was making my sandwich said he didn’t want to make my sandwich cuz it was too challenging. Also as they are making my my order they also have flies landing on all of the food. The employees DONT care and have no care about how to make the sandwich’s at all! No phone number on the location to call the owner of location. This location is violating the Health/food codes by having flies all over the food. It’s so disgusting. The employees also don’t know how to operate the register to scan codes or to even register certain sandwiches lol this location unfortunately is a JOKE and I will NOT be going to this location EVER again until they change everything about how they run this organization at this location. Sad 😞
Another note two employees are working right now and only one is making the sandwiches and the other is mostly just standing around letting the other employee do majority of the work just because he chooses to. Complete laziness. Complete and utterly sad what this business has come to. Not really training employees or even hiring...
Read morePlaced a mobile app order today that was to be ready for pick up at 2:15pm. As I arrive the door has a note that said they are closed at 2pm today, sorry for inconvenience. Since I had already paid for my sandwich and was confused as to why my order went through if they were closed, I knocked on the door and waited for an employee that was cleaning to answer it. I showed my email receipt verifying purchase and he said sorry there was nothing he could do because they already closed the cash register. So no refund could be made. I asked why my order went through in the first place and he said they received it just 2 minutes before closing. Sooooo why didn’t make the sandwich before cleaning up??? They directed me to a corporate number to call for a refund and after being on hold for 20 minutes I decided the 6 bucks and change wasn’t worth it. Horrible customer service all around and will not be visiting this location...

We waited till the pick up time went in and the guy hadn’t even started our order so we sat and to wait, 20 minutes later in an almost empty restaurant they were done. We took the sandwiches out to the car and my husband’s sandwich wasn’t toasted and also had tomatoes on it so we went right back into the store and they tried just scraping off the tomatoes and just putting in the toaster with all the veggies on top. We requested they remake the sandwich instead and we had to keep reminding them how to make the sandwich when they had the ticket right in front of them … I would have taken my sandwich back in as well because I order the home run ham that says “30%” more ham . I got two single pieces of ham on my sandwich… just don’t go here go down the road to a different subway they don’t read the tickets they don’t add on anything you...
