As a DoorDash driver, picking up here is consistently frustrating. I can walk in and stand there for five minutes or more without anyone acknowledging me, not even a quick “we’ll be right with you.” It feels unprofessional and honestly discouraging.
It’s gotten to the point where I might just start using this location as a break spot, accept the order, head home for a bit, and wait for the app to allow an unassign without it hurting my ratings. Because at this point, showing up here just feels like a waste of time.
If the staff were more responsive to pickup drivers, it would make a huge difference. I hope things improve, but for now, I’ll avoid picking up from this location...

Isat for 3 mins while my drink sat at the window while the kid helped the purple on the intercom and forgot my drink was there... something at this location needs to change and fast you have a great area with amazing customers in the area that would rather drive through then have to go into Albertsons for Starbucks.... get it together. Read moreThe people are friendly enough, but they try to charge extra fees for every little thing, even like substitutions. A drink in any other Starbucks, kiosk or actual corporate-run, does not cost $2-$4 extra for the exact same thing no matter what state you go to. When you point out that it's not an addition, it shouldn't be extra, they either say they have to type it in this way, or that there is "no button for that" when they still would have to turn around and verbally tell someone about the drink either way.
